It is indeed via the Support page linked at the top of the website. As always none of the available options really fit, but I went with 'In-Game Support > Windows > I have an item issue > Bank/Storage/Inventory Issue'. I suspect most important is to mention that Gina acknowledged it as a ZOS issue and they were working on options for resolution. Hopefully that will prevent a 'Sorry we can't help you' reply.

Because the original proposal of -50% at 3 "HOTs" (which includes a ton of regular class abilities like Templar Rune) was completely insane and would penalize like all competent players in Cyrodiil rather than only comped groups.
Do competent players need hot stacks? The initial -50 proposal could have been -75 or 2 hots. I wonder if complaining then also would have had resulted in -33. Now healing and also shield stacks can primarily be countered by bombing, while we also need options for less extreme play styles to counter.

Wait. If you re-roll you can get different or better reward ? And some one (if lucky) will get better reward cuz it is RNG ? Like what in the hell... I thought that re-roll is there if you would get "do a 12 man trial" task or "do IC task etc". I thought it is there so that you can re-roll content you don't do...
Why some one who designed this made different rewards ?! What were they thinking lol. Reward should be the same. Otherwise it will have impact on what costs how much to unlock later on, as ZOS will just have a statistical data on what is the average amount of tome points players have and what is they highest amount of points someone has, so they will just adjust prices...

This is a callstack taint error, caused by an addon.

Again, I don’t know precisely, but this is how many other season pass games work:
The free and Premium versions of the tome are the same, so if you are earning Points on the free track and then decide a month later to buy Premium, that changes nothing except giving you more things you can buy with the points.
When the season ends, any unspent Points up to 2000 are given to the next Tome and any more are lost. It is therefore a good idea to spend Points before the season ends to get the most value out of them.

That's because they weren't doing one last money grab before heading into maintenance mode!

It seems if you are logged in during the reset rollover, the game does not recognize you as logging in like most of the systems do. So, until it's fixed, I am making sure I am logged out before reset and log back in after reset.

I bought the Premium because I wanted the wolf. I wish I'd waited until I'd unlocked the page with the wolf first. Now ZOS has my hard-earned, and I have no wolf (yet).
