Season Zero Launch Known Issues List

This is a list of known and reported issues as they emerge on Launch Day. We will be tracking these issue to provide updates throughout the day for launch.

Gold Coast Bazaar
Issue: The Rose of Tamriel Body Marks has an incorrect screenshot asset in the Gold Coast Bazaar; the body marks appear correct in the preview window.

Status: This will be fixed in Update 50.

Tamriel Tomes
Issue: Reports of some folks trying to purchase the Premium + Bonus Tome but the in-game button to purchase doesn't do anything.

Status: This issue may be related to not having the Steam overlay on if this is coming up on Steam. We are continuing investigations.

Issue: If you complete a Challenge while it is pinned, it does not become unpinned as expected once completed.

Status: We have a bug in for this. If you pin a new Challenge, it will remove the completed one.

Issue: Non-English Help articles in the game state that you can re-roll Weekly Challenges for gold. This is incorrect for right now, but it will be possible with Update 50.

Status: This text will be fixed in Update 50.

Issue: The Seasonal Challenge is to log in for 99 days, but there are only 97 days in Season Zero.

Status: The 99 days is a catch-all for future Seasons that may have more than 97 days, which Season Zero does have. We'll look at improving this logic for the future, but at this time it is intended. Every day you log in will count, up to the 97 possible days for Season Zero. We are discussing better ways to communicate/show this in the future.

Issue: Some players continue to report not being able to claim the Daily Login Seasonal Challenge.

Status: We are looking into this next week.

Issue: We are tracking a number of miscellaneous Tamriel Tome Premium and Premium + Bonus payment failures.

Status: Please see this post for a solution that has been working for some of our players. We will update this thread as we have more details.

Issue: Monsters in sub-zones are not counting toward the "Kill 1,000 foes in [zones like "Gold Coast"] Seasonal Challenges"

Status: This is not intended. We have a bug in for it and are working on a fix.
