In "Solstice Summations", the document "Reward for Missing Steed!" which is supposed to start the quest "Honor Bound", has more bugs than just simply the lack of a post-quest location: it sometimes never appears in game at all, it is completely absent even before ever starting the quest, forcing one to start the quest by talking to the NPC. (And the fact that you can start the quest by talking to the NPC anyway even if the document is *present* - causing it to disappear without being read - is why there needs to be a post-quest location.)
There is a current guess, that this may be related to there being ANOTHER quest of the EXACT SAME NAME - "Honor Bound" - in Deshaan, in the base game (part of the Muth Gnaar hills, southwest of Mournhold). This may or may not be completely flying a kite.
Proposed solution: The document does not ever need to disappear at all, even after being correctly read to start the quest. There should be no conditions on its appearance at all: it should ALWAYS be there, in the same place.
Also proposed solution: Change the name of the Solstice quest. "Honor Lost" or "Honor Mislaid" would be my suggestion since Cadwell's pet guar is, indeed, lost or mislaid.
Nah it isn't like that at all. With your example the game is telling you the location. With the chitinous creatures the player makes the assumption of what creatures the designation applies. The players will figure it out the first time they do the endeavor much like they figure out just about every other aspect of the game.

you want to build a ranger or druid or elementalist or ??? you can tailor it around that fantasy with the specific combination of skills and subclasses....
I think the way zos is moving to more of a classless skill system is not only much more Elder Scrolls, it also gives you much more freedom to tailor a specific character around your idea/ fantasy...
TES never had good class identity compared to something like for example GW2 who does that imo much better
