many of their design choices in pvp favour more mindless kill kill kill type play rather than actually being tactical.
feel like they'd be better off being in charge of PvE balance over PvP, they have the semi knowledge about balance when it comes to specific targets (example: Soul beam of awesome now being good vs dodge spammers) but pretty awful at general PvP balance.
with the way of implementation i feel they would be pretty awesome at PvE boss mechanic combat rather than goofing with an area that has shown repeatedly they struggle to adapt to.
