    Not it has not... at least not for this Xbox One console North American megaserver user. In fact, performance after this early morning maintenance is worse. I checked my connection to the internet. Rebooted my rooter. Checked performance again and in terms of general internet access everything is five by five. I wish I could say the same about attaching to a game server, and so it goes.

    Same here. Still the same problems that I posted about weeks ago, still the same disconnections, still the same crap. I can't even be bothered to rage about this anymore.

    Its been giving problems since the beginning!

    So its been Like this for WEEKS, and its still ***, still getting randomly disconnected!!!
    And it really pisses me off...

    Trying atm, and can't stay online for more than 5 minutes. Disconnected 6 times in the past 20 minutes. I'm done. This is a HUGE letdown. This game has felt like a major crash grab, they took my money and handed me a broken game. I've been having this problem for weeks since release. I hope they fix it for you guys, customers deserve much, much better than this.

    Funny thing is, i had a beta test key. And during the beta there were no problems at all!

    I only started getting problems when they released that 15gb patch. Up until that point I had no disconnections at all. After that patch it's just a waste of my time trying to play it. My friends are all up at vet ranks & I'm just hitting level 20. In all the years I've played MMOs I've never taken anywhere near this length of time to hit max level. That in itself shows how little time I manage to stay logged in for.

    So I just came on here to see if the maintenance worked.. I take it it hasn't. I'm with most of you guys, I bought the game a little late, so only have had it three weeks, and having constant disconnects anywhere from 5-30 minutes since I started. Been through customer service to tell me it want a problem on their end (still have an open ticket going) and no luck. I'm waiting on a reply back, but I'm almost to the point of quitting, not worth it when half the time I'm playing I'm spending it logging in.

    Wouldn't hold your breath, guys. Utter failure, and I don't thin they care. They have our money already. So many good games out there to play, I'm thinking of trying final fantasy, at this point any game that's stable and playable has me excited. Planetside 2 on the PSN (free for PS+) is pretty cool! having a blast playing it.

    I get this message in pvp if I go near a group of 20 or more players. So it's impossible to storm a castle or farm or capture a scroll.
    This is a joke. It's supposed to be a MMO lol but I cannot play with large groups of people? Lol lol
    The game has been out for over 12 months. GET ON TOP OF IT ALREADY.
    Zenimax this is a faulty product right now. So fix it maybe?

    180/45 meg speed here at my home.

    Zero users but me on my network.

    I am wired up.

    I have nothing but brand new cat 6e cables connectin my PS4 to to my modem.

    Zero issues in any other app/game.

    I've only accepted that ZOS doesn't see its their end and that I will continue to play, regardless of the bipolar server with disconnections.

    Some days I'll go hours with out dc, other days it happens every 20-30 mins.

    Yeah, it's a problem that makes it unplayable may as well quit. My buddy refuses to buy the game because of this, to think i pc transferred and ruined everything. i miss pc.

    This could be coincidental. I've been getting disconnected, on average, every 5-15 minutes for the past 9 days. Yesterday, I did two things:
    1. Replaced the modem/router given to me by Comcast with one I purchased on my own.
    2. Deleted and reinstalled ESO, and of course re-downloaded and installed the patch.

    Since these two items were done, I have not had a single disconnect (I'd say about 4 hours of playtime now, which is a record). Like I said, maybe it's coincidence because I see other people have played for hours on end without a disconnect, but then have been plagued by the problem later.

    Has anyone tried to delete and reinstall to see if that fixed the issue?

    I've tried that myself a few weeks ago, but unfortunately it didn't make any difference to the problem.

    This is a next day patch problem. Game breaking problem, why are we still waiting? Is the crown store, eso + and rich little kids not enough?

    @ZOS_TristanK @ZOS_MichaelM Hello mate, can we get an update on this issue please?

    I logged yesterday's play where I ended up getting "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.". This has been happening since the 15gb patch you pushed out at the start of the month.

    All the below instances I had yesterday ended up with the above error. You know when it happens because NPCs and people disappear and you can't use any spells. Oddly Voice Chat still works until the very moment you see the start screen with the error text.

    As a healer this is also becoming incredibly frustrating not only for me but my group mates as well.

    After the patch it happens even more often.
    Playing Like 1,5 hours and got kicked Like 6 times!!

    Fix this *** omg how hard can it be, even GTA had less problems when they went online!!!

    Coming back to my post. I think this might be a router issue.

    Is anyone that is still having this problem, can you please make sure that Quality of Service (or QoS) on your router and uPnP are both enabled?

    Run through a new connection setting on your PS4 and then retry playing the game.

    Unfortunately I'm at work so can't test yet.

    Played around 8 hrs or so last night no disconnecting issues.

    Now I cant stay logged on longer then 1 min, especially if i get a loading screen. It wont finish, i just get kick with the usual BS error code.

    So far I've tested 3 different routers all with multiple settings. Wifi & hardwired direct. No difference. This problem is not router related, it is purely a server side issue. One that has still not been acknowledged.

    Nope sorry. All my equipment is brand new, still giving me issues. I actually tried going Wi-Fi instead, seeing if by done weird happening it actually worked with no luck. I've not got a reply from my ticket in a week, I sent them another reply telling them I'm done. No more trying to get on, if they reply with a way to fix it and it works then I'll get back on, if I've not heard from them at all by the end of the week I'm trading my game in. No reason I should have to log in six to ten times an hour just to attempt to play for something "not their fault"

    I'll have to do the same if it's not fixed before releasing Imperial City. As I don't have loads of time to play, I need it to work when I get on! My silver lining is that i'll have the time to play Fallout 4 now if it's not fixed heh.

    Unfortunately I had a nice habit of buying lots of crowns too!

    i'll keep trying stuff and researching the net, if I find anything useful i'll post it here.

    For those of you on Virgin Media in the UK. Are you using a Super Hub 2? The recent firmware upgrade they did looks to be the problem.

    I'll be grabbing a new router this week and sticking my SH2 in to modem mode for this to see if it works.

    So it doesn't seem that ESO is the only victim of Virgin Media. Players in WoW are also experiencing the very issues we are.

    It looks as though VM are treating these as bittorrents and aggressively managing them so. The Super Hub 2 also looks to be an issue with the latest firmware.

    Some people have called up VM and gotten the new SH2ac router sent to them and it's fixed the problem. Others have turned their router to Modem only mode, and it's fixed (or temp fixed) their problems (though this then stops wifi) and others (like myself is doing) is buying a new router to put up.

    I don't know what countries or ISPs you're using but see on their forums/call support to see if they've had any similar problems being raised.

    What server are you logging into? NA
    Have you been able to play before? Yes, once a day for a few minutes between my schedule and these issues.
    Were you able to play after seeing this error? No, cannot get passed the character screen.
    Are you getting kicked from the game with this message or seeing it upon your login attempt? Initially getting kicked from the game, afterwards it's trying to login with any character.
    Are you able to successfully log in on a different server? I had the same issue on the EU server. Played through the tutorial and got booted after trying to load Davon's Watch.
    What type of connection are you using? Hotel wifi

    Works fine from home which is a wired connection. The hotel tech support authorized my MAC and I get a NAT type 2.
