    Yea it's definitely not working and haven't played since Friday afternoon. I don't have a membership to threaten canceling but im sure as hell in this boycott... I don't care if they offer a majestic flaming unicorn mount on the store, I won't support this.

    Day 3. The smoke on the loading screen taunts me as if to imply that fuel is being used and work is being done. I am beginning to suspect the loading screen is a farce...a form of bread and circus to appease me so that my anger doesn't well with the confirmation that nothing is being done to fix the issue. The oracles of Zenimax mountain claim that rituals are being completed to appease Sheogorath in order to allow admittance but no word has come from the priests in over a day...I fear they may have been killed...

    I also spoke too soon. I can only login with 1 of my characters and I can't get into the harborage.

    Worst gaming experience I've ever had, and the worst customer service department I've ever seen, not just video games, worst customer service, period. I pay for PS+, ESO subscription and I can't even play the game. Incompetence is the only suitable word for the way they have handled this situation. The funny thing is most people on this thread are frustrated after just 24 hours, I've been having this problem for WEEKS.

    Even before the latest patch I was experiencing this issue, but since it's been happening so frequent that it's nearly unplayable. I play Planetside 2 just fine. When I try ESO, not even 3 minutes past before I either get disconnected, blue screened or stuck in a loading screen. You guys have been having this issue for a day or two? Imagine going weeks with this issue and only being able to play when the game felt like working.

    Why bother promoting Imperial City and testing it when most of their players can't even get in the game, and if you do manage to get in, the nightmare that is Cyrodil awaits. I'm not sure what else to do. I lost complete faith in ZOS. I don't believe they can manage a console MMO, and they left a bad taste in my mouth.

    This is ridiculous. ZOS you guys are jokes!! Why must us paying customers call and wait on hold for an hour just to get told the problem is on our end?!? Then we post on here that the phone call did not help and admins tell us to contact them again, or to "hard reset".
    You dummies, Do you think we havent tried that?

    ZOS techs, CS, admins, ect... You need to scan the forums because there is enough detail about the issue. Stop punishing us for YOUR issue. This is denial of service. You guys owe me!!!

    Thank god I am not the only one experiencing this. 9 times out of ten I get the "unable to connect to server" when I'm trying to log in. Then when I get in on the 10th try, I'm in the dungeon I've been in for 3 days now, and as soon as I try to travel out, while in the load screen I get a message about the load time being longer than usual and then I disconnect.
    The game played GREAT for like the first 4 days I had it. Now I haven't been on in three days because my character is trapped in a dungeon that I can't load out of without getting disconnected. But I can see other people coming and going out of the dungeon.
    PLEASE FIX THIS SOON

    I want to add that I too am upset with this.

    If McDonalds screwed up and didn't respond to their customers it would be some serious stuff. That customer would get a free meal and probably an extra large fry.

    When actually able to get into a character I'm unable to change zones and then get booted back to the loadscreens of forever just to get back in. Its been over a day now with no update and then the maintenance is announced and its not emergency maintenance on Monday.....

    Yea, its easy to see why players are becoming upset. THe lack of response and the lack of a timely fix is insane. Hell, it doesnt even seem that they tried the first basic troubleshooting tip, restarting.

    hm I dont know I think a flaming unicorn might make up for it.

    Happens a lot more than I like . For instance, I have been on the loading screen trying to sign in now for about ten minutes. It pisses me off that I spend this money for the game, extra money for bonus features, and nothing gets fixed . Pretty good scam going people. Get the crap fixed!

    I honestly can't believe some people been having this problem since mid June it's now the beginning of August and still nothing done. I myself have recently been running into this issue since 3 or 4 days ago. This has to be the most annoying thing ever. Not only does it keep you from logging into the game, but as soon as you finally do log in and attempt load a quest (specifically solo quest) the game kicks you out and repeatedly makes it difficult for you to log back in. Honestly for 3 months I have read and seen this being an issue and if they can't fix it what's the point in expanding or even playing at all.

    I see a service alert for maintenance. Xbox will be on August 11 and PS4 on August 12. So it means everyone will have to wait 1-2 more days before things are fixed or at least looked at.

    Just cancel your eso plus..uninstall..move on. Developers such as this doesn't deserve funding from hard working consumers. The moment they get closer to becoming obsolete is the moment they decide to do something on how they run things. So I suggest helping them getting to that point since it's clear that's what it s gonna take. And I suggest Bethesda no longer have ties with Zenimax. They just destroyed a well established franchise for me and as a result any game that Zenimax is a part of will have no support.

    My work around for this weekend is to spam login and eventually (May take 30 mins) you will then get your char to load. Once in whatever you do DO NOT change zones or go anyway that would require loading screen. Sucks but at least you can grind until fixed next week.

    Day two / 49 hours without a response to my ticket. Still stuck at the character load screen. I thought rockstar was bad until zenimax came along. Atleast rockstar would shutdown the servers until it was fixed and repayed or gave something for free. So far zenimax just ignores the people who have problems and won't say or admit anything on their part. Especially since it's on their end not ours. F'n pathetic company

    I know for a fact it's not my internet (unless Comcast Xfinity isn't valid enough for you). Elder Scrolls Online is the only game I've had an issue with playing online. If it was my internet than I wouldn't be able to play for 2 hours sometimes.

    It's just extremely frustrating to feel like I'm the only one experiencing this problem with no response from ZOS that it's even been acknowledged.
    I haven't been able to play for 3 days now. It's a bummer i just got eso plus and i can't even play.

    Im not one to complain about a game in fact this is the first time I have had to get on a forum page and actually express my concern for a game. I work five days a week and so does my girlfriend. We both enjoy this game very much but too often do we have to deal with either a problem with playstation or a three day shutdown from an AAA game release (Thats not even posted as a problem) To be honest I just want to play, I payed a good amount money for both games. If I can get some feedback from you guys since my two tickets out still have not been answered. We are both on North American server. My main is stuck in Rivenspire and my girlfriends main is stuck BETWEEN stormhaven and bankori and when she logs in the load screen just switches between stormhaven and bankori and then disconnects. All I'm asking for is a working game. Very frustrating weekend...

    ever since i got my main stuck in the same place as your girlfriend i can't get it to load up. exact same thing you are describing. i was having issues before that obviously but after a dozen or more tries i could finally get him to load up. not now. its like completely stuck now.

    Phone calls and service tickets haven't resolved a problem that is 3 days old and probably longer, am working a character on the Europe server, it works fine. At this rate I will have that one up to veteran 7 rank like the one on the American server in no time ÷_^£₩£,:#=×_&;/%££&^^÷÷

    Hello here is an example of my last 4 days since thru email and tickets they so t seem to understand it isn't on my end and keep emailing me the same robot conclusion. I log in get to the char select screen selct char it loads for a while then gives me the msg load time may take longer the usual or somn like that then I'm kicked back all the way out I have tried diff chars once they zone there done

    You get further than me. I select the server and then it'll cycle. The longest I have let it go before either quitting or it giving me an error is 20 mins.

    As soon as I can log back in to cancel my ESO plus subscription, I'm uninstalling this game due to Zenimax's horseshit practices. They've got us by the balls, and won't give a *** about people leaving, but it's the best I can do in a world with no real justice or responsibility. Hope they're having fun jacking off to all the open tickets and cries of outrage.

On Friday I opened a ticket to report my problem and the agent was able to move my character to The Rift which resolved my problem. In the ticket, the agent recommended me to "travel to player" which I tried and got stuck again. On my main, I am able to travel to wayshrine once out of 5 tries. Recent ticket, I tried to ask if the character that is stuck to be moved again. I have not received a response back.

    Same. My character is stuck between Eastmarch and The Rift.
