Hey guys, just wanted to let you know we don't have any additional updates for this matter at this time. However, we are still working on it.
Welcome to the bendrover guild of elite collectors edition.... and when you do get it books have copied pages back to back and statue is crappily made too
It is entirely acceptable for people to post about their frustrations, disappointment, or criticisms. However, all posts on the forums need to be civil and within the forum rules, whether positive or negative.Indeed - it would seem that this company has failed after all. @ZOS_AlanG - there is no excuse for what behavior, exactly? What there is no excuse for is the failure of ZOS to do anything for the hundreds of people affected by this problem after months and months of problems. These forums are the only way we have of communicating with you people, since apparently customer support doesn't give a mud crab's rear about us. Then again, it seems that nobody does or ever will. After months of what you call "patience", all we've been rewarded with is terrible service in support and vague messages that tell us absolutely nothing about what's going on.

plain and simple.

Sounds like everyone is getting that right now. So it is not a problem with access but appears to be something else.
Working with Amazon only solves the problem of unavailable copies of the IE. It does not solve the problem of being locked out of the game.We have been working with Amazon to improve this situation, and will continue to post updates in this thread when we have them.
I think you mean you do not have a solution that's acceptable to the company, no? You could simply extend early access a few days. That is absolutely a solution. For some reason or another (which I'd love to have explained to us), this solution is not acceptable to ZOS. ZOS would rather lock us out of the game.Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a solution for those people still waiting for delayed copies of the game.
