    The only way to make health recovery useful is to make it a healing stat, as in have a portion of your health recovery apply to heals you take in, so say you had 2k health recovery, whenever you take in a heal of any kind you'd receive say 25% of that health recovery, so 500 extra healed on ability. So if a hot healed for 500 Itd now heal for 1k.

    You could have hots use like 25% of the health recovery value while direct heals could used 50 to 100%

    This would actually make the stat useful

    I started out right away with vet dungeons and got crafted gear right after that. Also no one is going to complete a normal dungeons for a bronze key, but the argument made by him is that the silver keys had no use until now. This is not the case as it was a way for new players to get some decent gear.

    This has already been answered (somewhere in the forums) as "No"... at least for now. The devs will be watching game balance and might change DSA and Trials scaling up to v16 if appropriate in a later tuning patch update... or not.

    I was talking about the weekly leader board drops changing as you can get master weapons from pvp. I already knew about trials not scaling up but i wanted to know if the weekly trials would be worth doing.

    @xaraan To be honest I predicted they would do this, give leeching strikes the toggle instead of SA. So it didn't surprised me. However, 15 secs is not nearly enough. 30 secs minimum and it would be in good shape.

    Yeah, I actually called it as well. Just disappointed that they were told in feedback the better choice and the reasoning why and still chose the wrong one. And yeah, 30 sec would be useful at least.

    It is in fact easy if you just try to adapt, yes. You need to a bit more focused but you'll get used to it quickly.

    LMAO. If anything, the bananas will be the first to claim themselves a buff server. It's like encoded in their DNA now. Yellow has IMO, the most numereous, organized pvp guilds of all the factions (NA/server). That being said, they seem to spread out over all the campaigns and aren't as concentrated on one campaign like red and blue are(Azura's Star), but I'm sure when IC drops one of the campaigns will be the "BANANA RAMA!"

    Would it be possible to add in the Immunity Buff below to the exits from Imperial City for each Faction going back to Cyrodil? With the immunity buff only applying within the city, people will start ganking these door spots for when people are leaving IC.

    "Added a new timed immunity buff to the doors between districts, and the ladders between districts and sewers. This immunity buff lasts for 30 seconds, and will be removed upon initiating combat, stealthing, drinking a potion or sprinting."

    IMO, this should apply to anyplace in Cyrodil where people are getting ganked when "zoning" in, Delves, keeps, outposts, etc. Any action that someone takes, crouching, fighting, sprinting, mounting etc would remove the Immunity buff.

    @ZOS_BrianWheeler Is there any chance that porting could be optional? Sometimes I would like to go to Lake Rumare and not the Border Gates.

    For example, on activating the Sewer Exit, you'd see a pop-up box:
    Imperial Sewers Exit
    You are leaving the Imperial City. Where would you like to go?

    Something similar could happen on the exit of the IC dungeons:

    If you want to have Tanks not permablock then just reduce not remove Stamina Regen on Blocking.

    Added a chance to obtain the Shoulder pieces of Monster Sets to the Silver Undaunted Chest.
    Sad to see this was the change rather than some the community ideas for dungeon sets (Ebony, Saviours, Wormcult) and items with stupidly rare rates like Warlock Rings.

    It's better than it was but I feel it would have been nice if the silver key had its own special rewards.

    • Quick to Mend: Increased the bonus healing received from this passive to 3/6/9% from 2/4/6%.
    • Amphibious: Increased the bonus Health, Magicka and Stamina restore upon consuming a potion to 2/5/8% from 2/4/6%.
    With all the recent changes to stamina regeneration while blocking mechanic, those passives actually give really interesting possibilities for Argonian Nightblade Sap Essence-Tanking builds.

    I don't understand what's so great about the Argonian passives that they only boost them a tiny bit. What's so great that they're scared is going to be overpowered? What do the devs see that no one else sees?

    What's so great about them? Breton, Dunmer, and Altmer max magicka also increases those sap numbers because the spells hit harder. Plus, the max stats offer more utility for those that don't want to just be sap tanks.

    ive encountered a bug since launch. wiht crit charge and other abiltys like it.. u can have maneuvers and immovable up but u still get charged and u stand still until the charge connects.. plz fix.

    Working as intended. They added that in a while ago, something to do with improving those charges, at least that's what I recall. Eric talked about in one eso live some time back.

    We actually have some fixes for Shadow Cloak going into tomorrow's PTS patch.
