you should just leave the launcher open and eventually itlll start updating. thats how i did it.

Looks like a complete game download (~25G), patch should be around 6Gb I believe. Have you changed from EU to US server?

I haven't no - but it looks like the OP of the picture is downloading the full client!! (i didnt even notice it was 24 gb not 2.4gb in the pic.)
