The house icon is already on the map once you've received the house (and possibly have visited it, that may be required before the icon appears - I seem to have had a different experience with different accounts), so you will still be able to access it from the map or from your list of houses (which you can also access it through as soon as you receive it). Once the event has gone I believe that exiting the house will place you back where you were before you entered it.
The Night Market Event isn't currently active on PTS (despite the GP still being active), and there is no house Icon in The Shambles of Fargrave where the House and Night Market should be. At this point it's just guessing what happens to the house entrance/exit until there's something official from ZOS.
What about the Fargrave map level as a whole? Does it exist at that map level on PTS? I can't look as I'm on PS. I don't recall the Shambles map level itself (not in game so can't take a look), but I do have a screenshot of the Fargrave map level.

We did parch first due to the route being a fairly close. The immediate thing I noticed. 4 sand walls? Really? 4? It's like needing to show my id 4 times at a bar before ordering. We're we not confident in the code around the sand walls, so you put 4 just to be safe? By the by these blocks to the good routes through an area are stupid. People are being tested in here enough without having to find and lead a team through a route only to have 3 of the 4 directions blocked. Anyway. I mean the boss was cool, it's Z'maja and the dragon from fang lair. We're not breaking ground here. Blind run, beaten immediately. Hopefully you guys beef these bosses up with a hard mode. Just no ghost wall.
The next boss, in the sorrows, again picked because of route. Wanna nitpick again here. Why in God's name do you exit this boss into the darkness and immediately die. There should be no darkness right outside the door. Again, if ive made it all the way there you don't have to keep relic checking me. Cool way to waste the buff you get from this boss. Not a whole lot to say about this boss. It's ansuul the tormentor. Fun, sure. Blind run, immediately knew there would be a portal but still a good time.
Last boss. Spiders. I don't hate spiders, but here's how this fight went. I did it last night at 9 and I can't really remember anything about it. The only thing that stands out. Here's what broke the good streak. The spider webbed pulling mechanic from Scriveners hall. No interrupt. How are you supposed to kill the spider before the person is 1 shot? I got close but if it pulled a DPS, it's dicey. Not like you can't get a rez, again there are barely any mechanics.
All in all, despite my complaints, I had a good time with my dungeon group. Despite basically no risk of failing, we had a good time. My buddy said something though, something that struck me. When we were finished he said "that was it? After all that build up, all the difficulty, all the bosses and skirmishes and everything, after all that this is what it's leading up to?" Let's hope the trial is amazing, but some won't be able to get the 12 together for whatever reason. Not the least of which is the insane requirements for the trial and to even dream about doing it twice, oh boy. Gotta do this wild stuff all over again.

If you're looking for a challenge on the parch boss, try doing the optional side achievement where you keep the bone dragon alive!
As for the mechanics for the spider boss, you can bait the pull by having a healer be farthest away from the spider when it drops. If they throw heals in the drag path to the spider before being webbed, they will be healed as they're dragged through HoTs and you have plenty of time to kill the spider before it kills you.

We even told each other which quests we had and which we had done for the day but they still could not share them. I thought it might be a difference in chosen faction, but given the amount of people I tried getting shares from, I don't think that's the case.

There are two factors that guide sharing the 5 Patron dailies: which quest it is and which Patron offerred it.
The five quests are the same from each of the three patrons and can be shared to anyone. However, like zone dailies, you can only have one active at a time.
The fun part is that there is a caveat that it’s one at a time per patron. So if three Eyes players are in a group, only one of the patron dailies can be active at a time, and then everyone must turn it in to share the next. But if you have a group with one member of each faction, all three of their quests can be simultaneously active because they originated from different sources (even though you turn them all in to your own patron). Even then though, there are five total so you will have to turn in to get the rest, provided players’ daily choice was not already completed.
Blood on the Sands from the vampire Khajiit is also unique and can always be shared once per day.

No, the Night's Den doesn't show up on either Fargrave Map on the PTS, although the other two houses in the zone do.
Part of the problem could be that the Night Market Event Zone wasn't open when the EU Character Copy was taken, and so no one would have unlocked the Night's Den house. Also, the house isn't among the houses listed in the Crown Store on PTS, because its acquisition is tied only to the event.
jad11mumbler wrote: »Not sure why theres so much "controversy" about this event zone.
Its as advertised, a difficult group zone.
Solo players are upset that the content not aimed for them....Isn't aimed at them?
There's some legitimate issues with the night market but this aint one of them.
I hope ZoS ignores those players and keeps the night market as it was intended.
As a group zone with some challenge.
Hopefully those players also eventually realise how fun it can be to group up with other players, join guilds and all the wonders of a MMO.
Either way, night market should remain as the group zone it was intended to be for this event.
It's wild that so much of this games community, for a MMO, has turned into "Playing as a group??? Thats only for the elitist 1%!!!"
So far, not impressed. I don't see what was wrong with the old process of getting a new storyline and DLCs each year. Instead we get a whole new way of getting rewards plus a nightmare-difficulty zone with very little reason to do it. The Season thing needs to improve... a LOT.
It's possible to just mow down everything by gathering as a big mass of people. In principle, you could call 11 people through group finder, have one leave the group, have that person call another 11 people through a group finder listing, etc., until you've reached the maximum player number for the zone.

jad11mumbler wrote: »Its as advertised, a difficult group zone.
We've barely moved into the second quarter of this year.
There will be new storylines - two, in fact, that we know of.
There will be not one but two other completely new systems for overland repeatable quests, Favours and Rumours.
