Hi all, just wanted to provide a quick follow up before heading out for the weekend. We are getting close to finalizing the survey that we will share here in the coming weeks to better track some of this information regarding lag and connection issues. We took a look at the survey yesterday and are making some changes to wording before building it out and getting it in your hands.
The survey will also help when tracking what are strictly performance issues versus what is happening during a DDOS attack or during attempted measures against those attacks.
As a reminder, the survey is meant to get your direct instances of issues and specific feedback directly to our teams working on improving your general play experience. And this way you can also avoid a ton of ticket numbers.
Thanks again for your patience and have a great weekend.
Still having lag spikes...but now...the ping/latency in game doesnt reflect the lag. Its there. You definitely can see it and the games huge delays. But now its just not reported in the ping.
Lost over an hours worth of Tel Var just now from these delays.
Only seeing this in instanced combat such as dungeons, bgs, trials, and now IC. When out of combat I am not seeing this. Performance otherwise seems fine...just massive delay spikes in the game.
Others on west coast of usa saying they notice the same thing at the same time when playing.
Ya same...DSR last night and several pauses where nothing moves for a few and then resumes. Skills don't fire sometimes...kind of a mess.
Same here: probably yet another bug in the "Vanilla" forum software. Clicking on the thread title works, though, and generally takes you to the latest unread post.Sidenote; This is all I get whenever I click on a new notification for this topic:

It's not the only problem Vanilla seems to have either: we also have the page scrolling up/down (see the "forum post jumping" thread), the back button on our browsers not behaving normally for this site, and the incorrect icons in the new merged sub-forums.
Now some of us are getting Error 103 "Failed to obtain server connection information" during the middle of a trial run. Cant get back into the game after disconnects.
Fun

I have had three moments of one minute gameplay in between crashes so bad I have to restart computer. Every time.
LOOK AT THE TIME!
This is not Dos or overpopulated pvp servers. Take some responsibility for the state of the servers.
I am paying money for subscription and this is utterly unacceptable.
Earlier today my group had to kick up to 4 of us every single time another group arrived as we all crashed.
Get rid of ESO+ fee until the service is at least able to keep the game up for players.
Avg for me now is up to 330. Used to be like.. 40.
