I don't want to talk about last month because it genuinely was something outside of their control, but the amount of times the same thing has happened as it did tonight with everyone getting kicked is genuinely quite shocking. This thread has been going for almost 9 months and it doesn't feel like we're any closer to identifying any issues from when it started even though more and more of these issues seem to be piling up and up. Ever since the outage last month performance seems to be way more inconsistent with DCs and rubber banding in a lot of my raids. I posted 3 different clips on detailing different raid nights in this thread already since then and as far as I know these clips haven't really been seen or acknowledged.
People are paying serious $$$$ for this and the service is not adequate. I for one have bought every chapter and was a subscriber for basically 7 years straight. We're talking close to $2000 AUD alone outside of the occasional Crown purchase on the side.

@ZOS_Kevin Why does ZOS think this is ok to not at least address the issue of ongoing terrible service?
Just following up here. We've noticed a spike in malicious activity targeting our servers. So we made some adjustments to counter this. You may experience decreased game performance while these adjustments are in place.
We’ll continue to monitor and adjust as needed. Thanks for your patience.
Just wanted to follow up here. We posted an update on the Dev Tracker early this morning. Copied below. This update happened around 2am ET today.

What does "decreased game performance" mean when we've already been getting DC'd for months? It's not a single player game, if we can't connect there's not much more you can decrease performance.
