Many interesting items, very nice! I'm somewhat disappointed by Iron Atronach mounts... They look very similar to Storm Atronach mounts

Let's hope that they will have awesome voices and effects... So far I can't make any planning just based on preview pictures.

Dremora Defalcator Duster costume is beautiful

At least, on preview picture - let's hope it won't deform bodies of our characters in game.

I'm really surprised by Jester crates... Will they offer us another set of boring mounts - simple animals in Jester clothes?

Dremnaken Wrath Steed will make fine addition to my collection, without peordering Blackwood

Jazennisiir Fox mount will be gem-exclusive, most likely. The rider hold compass in their hand, same as riders of Apex mounts from baandari crates.

I am 100% satisfied with my good old assistants, but these beautiful ravens would look awesome to roleplay with. Imagine running around with a crow on your hand

I was excited about that Kynareth statue until I looked at the image more clearly and realised it's on top of a barrel and therefore much smaller than it looks (likely an ESO+ statuette). I've been wanting one to go opposite the large Azurah statue (from one of the Stormhaven achievements) basically since housing was introduced.

Still that Zenithar bundle looks like it's got a full sized statue so maybe one day they'll do one for Kynareth. (Then it will probably be absurdly huge, like the Dibella statue.)

Some of the mounts look nice too, but I'll have to wait and see how much they cost. (Although it's really nice to know that if they're in crown crates that no longer means they're not an option for me - just that I need to work out how much time it will take doing endeavours and decide if that's worth it.)

Actually, I dont need a banker or a merchant, but I like the Blackfeather court, so maybe I will just buy one for fun.

The idea of the Crow merchants is cool, but with humans carrying them I don't know how good they really are. I have Ferez and Ezabi and I love those two kitties because they're on their own. I'd love the Crows if they'd fly after you when you walk / run and settle on your shoulder when you're standing still (or they conjure a pedestal or whatever in front of you).

That's the impression I got as well. I think those NPCs holding them on the pictures look way too bland and generic and I can't imagine them being part of the deal.

There are some great things coming!

But I hope the ancestral akaviri armor remake will coming too. An overhaul of the old akaviri armor would be awesome!

New Motifs

Blackwood has two new Motifs available at the time of launch.

Ancestral Akaviri Motif: The Ancestral Akaviri Chapters and its associated style item, the Burnished Goldscale, is obtained by excavating them via the Antiquities system throughout Blackwood.

Ivory Brigade Motif: The Ivory Brigade Chapters and Book and its style item, the Ivory Brigade Clasp, is obtained by completing Group Boss Daily Quests in Blackwood.
Additional Motifs will be made available in Blackwood in a future update.

I didn't saw this in the natch potes first.

I am glad that I am not attached to the radiant or normal apexes. We have so many... lava/rock/evil/demonic looking mount seasons, it gets so old.

As others have said I'd really like to see more hairstyles. I hope there will be some that just didn't show up in this datamine. There's quite a bit of things I like here though, especially the blue mudcrab, the crows, and the argonian music box. I also want all three of those houses in Leyawiin.

I'm really interested to see how they're doing jester themed crates in terms of the mount design

Yeah I mean, the art is never 100% accurate, but I will be previewing it the first chance I get.

It will probably have the wolf animations but that's okay
If the mask isn't too offputting in game I can overlook it.

The Knight Aspirant style definitely looks nice. However, I wish that ZOS would have gone for a more realistic/historic choice of cloth for the surcoat/tabard rather than what appears to be leather. Not only would a cloth surcoat/tabard make more sense to wear overtop of chainmail, but it would also dye easier in the outfit station.

Paravant's Letale is a definite nab when it becomes available. But, I have to complain once more about the over-reliance on crotch flaps and hip guards. They're not as prominent in this case , but why does ZOS assume that everyone in Tamriel has a beaver tail hanging in front of their armor? On a costume that already looks like it has a skirt, it's just unnecessary.

Also glad to see Eveli's new outfit will be made available to us. One of the missed opportunities in Elsweyr—in my opinion—was not making Khamira's outfit available to players.

For me, the make-it-or-break-it for the Blackfeather assistants will be whether or not they have those other NPCs holding them. I'm not interested in the Assistant Assistants, just the sassy birds.

Also, anyone else feel like the Radiant Apex Mounts don't look as good as the regular Iron Atronach mounts? It's probably a case of "They look better in-game," but the colors on them don't look so hot currently.
