Shadow Cloak was meant to suppress DoT ticks while invisible and stop channeled effects. Then ZoS combat lead decided to begin adding exceptions to the list where this effect of cloak is limited. Same thing where cloaking before contact on some skills meant you avoided the attacks, again ZoS decided to create exceptions. This was our iconic, high resource costing survival skill: the one skill that made Nightblades unique from any other class. The skill needs some regression and rollback from past changes and removal of the exceptions that gimped our unique identity skill and bring glory our class kit skill. These exceptions are not needed under the current proc and malacath meta.
