Almost all trader swaps have gone wrong. I have won all bids I made, yet I have no spot. I am unable to hire another trader as the guild page tells us we have won our bids.
Please fix this asap, this is costing us millions and millions. I was dreading this sunday due to the simple fact we expected failure. And, here it is.

Im not sure if this is the answer. In all honesty, its not their fault. They exploit a bug in some sorts, correct.. But this bug should not have happened in the first place. You'd think someone would learn from their mistakes. Right??@EC_Rob

At this point as a GM I support auction house just because it's a system that *** works.

This already happened.. this time we didn't get double refunds it seems but why can't you do it better this time? Servers still up, no official statements 80min+ after the *** happened and noone knows if we have to do a whole week without trader even though we won one and if we will get a compensation for the loss.. this is just very sad and leaves all of us angry and frustrated.
And it already happened, similar to this time, why is it happening again? Why don't you have a worst case backup plan for stuff like this? The bid refund last time was just a bad joke to most of us, we lost members, we didn't get taxes, we couldn't advertise our trading guilds properly, we couldn't sell, etc.@BansheeVT - GM of 'Valinor Traders'.

now the trader says it's for hire when you travel to it. We can't hire it now because it says we own it but every other guild can hire it. Many traders from multiple areas are being taken away from the guilds that won. These vendors costs millions of gold and we already lost millions due to multiple maintenances last week. yup, gold for the bid I "won" is just gone even though some random guild was able to hire "my" trader for 10k
