I would love to add current blood rage's effect [increase werewolf timer by 4 seconds while dealing any damage every 5 seconds] into this passive to help sustain werewolf timer and it does sounds make sense by the passive theme that while you are hunting you have adrenaline rush, you are so excited that you can't just let target slip away or revert back mid hunt.
Imagine in trials in the boss phases that not spawning many adds/have to take a while until boss summon them and very a few like Sunspire last boss [and other place].
In my opinion without this passive it's totally impossible to stay in werewolf form without forced to revert back to humanoid form mid combat from don't have anything to feed or while waiting for dead air changing phase *long and nice wink wink* animations that eating timer every seconds, this passive totally have played a big role for werewolf form up time from can get nothing to feed and helping us from worrying to stop for feed mid way combat that cause dps loss.
Removed sustain timer passive doesn't make playing as werewolf sounds fun to play and cause revert form back mid combat which have to collect more 300 ulti points again to transform back to get a only nice juicy dps that can only be done in this werewolf form because of our limited equipment builds while humanoid form's damage kinda eeh, in addition without this passive I don't think we can even have 100% up time on 21m parse sounds like a nerf and less fun to me.

Or maybe not
I do really hope werewolves do get some love this next chapter. Hopefully they will rebuff them.
@Alcast for the sake of curiosity.
is the class rep program still running?
does this thread even matter anymore or is it just a consolidation of mostly like minded players that is ultimately ignored.
I ask only because I notice the other "class rep" threads have mostly gone inactive so did we not get a memo?

2: Since no sensible dps will use werewolf, obviously tanks should use them for that epic heal and +10000 armor. Unfortunately, werewolves have no taunt. It would be super easy to rework any of the three skills no one uses on a werewolf (like the leap) with a taunt. Then tanks could run less armor intense sets and compensate as a werewolf.

You say meta, but 22k using "best" rotation? There is no rotation. Just spam light attacks when Blood moon isn't procced.
On orc with Kena or Selene's/Rele/Blood moon, you should be hitting 57-60k on the big dummy with your eyes closed.

22k dps on a 6 million health dummy. By comparison, I can pull over 45k with my magicka based dps classes on the same dummy. As you mentioned, I have tried the blood moon light attack build. Even tried some other variations that were not so one dimensional, but they all resulted in well below average meta dps. The thing that is sad is that 22k dps is actually just fine for most veteran content, but the gear needed to make this build pull even that pitiful dps is incredibly time consuming to farm because it is from one of the longest dungeons in the game!
