    And for something new...(sorry if mentioned already, but 25 pages is a lot to wade through)

    Today I got all my Imperial Edition items again...Mara ring, treasure maps, pets etc. So now have two of everything.

    But I lost my purchased bank slots and some gear in them. Plus lost all the gold stored in the bank.

    Not a fair trade:)

    bugs like that should not be for a week and a day, have been missing bank slots and gold sins last pach and no fix on the new one this is not a trust building fix and what i exspected is a game that tryed to build trust so players would stay for long.

    hey ZOS...a small advice....hope u understand the meaning and the importance of that bank. This is a MMO RRRRRPPPPPPPGGGGGG. The Bank, to store loot and material for crafting is one of the most importand things!! Its a psychical hit in the brains of the players when they looose hours for searching (playtime) and tons of collected things. I stoped playing for more than 8 hours after this bug. And i'm sure, when i'm reading some other posts here.....same are doing other players....so PLS...its only good for you all.....solve that problem and if you are not able to fix it, because you don't know the reason for this bank bug.....do something to to calm down the players (PAYING CUSTOMERS)...thats not a F2P...we payed and we expect a product that is playable for the cash and no stressed nerves for that!! Think about. i need more that 2 hours to sort the items i have in the bags in case of no space in my bank and i dont need this...i want to PLAY and not waste my time with put in the bank, log off char, log in other char, take out aso.........ahh....and something other....i dont think that the reason is the explorer pack from the digital editions!!! its a srv busy/overload/lag problem in time of logging of and logging in (changing chars) when the server is full of players. seems that some digital info bytes getting lost during time of logging of, because the info about new stored items for this char/acc don't reach the server in time....something like this.....bevore the srv finish to write the new bank info, the info seems lost because you are logging in with the other char. One of my friends, with the dig emp edition and all xtras is using also 80slots in bank but he dont have a 2nd char so he isn't swiching between 2 chars....!!!!no problems!!!! STOP FIXING QUEST bugs and other unimportand things, quests are working good. FIX THE FAKING BANK BUG and give the gold back and when you are able, also the items but i think you are unable to fix the problem and give all lost things back...especially the lost time

    Sent an in-game ticket. Got a generic copy-paste response. Went to check to check the status of the issue later that day. Not resolved. Noticed the response I got was "Solved". Tried to send in another in-game ticket only to find... the in-game ticket option is gone. I've only got Bug, Feedback, and Knowledge Database available to me; I cannot send any more tickets...

    Issue still not resolved. Bank space still at 60. Items still missing.

As soon as the fix is ready, we will push it out to the live megaservers. Please note: This may result in a second maintenance this week and when we do push the fix, it will not be retroactive. Know that we want to make this right for all impacted—we’re still exploring options to help those who have stored items/gold, and bank slots go missing.

    -no single response from CS
    -no money back from CS for lost bank expansion

    This is really pain. Like unturnable particle circus in dungeons :(

    So wait.. "it will not be retroactive".. what does that mean.. that those of us who were affected by the bug won't get their stuff restored?

    Happened to me just a few Moments ago. I received Mail as I checked it was all per-order Items resend. I remember posting in Guild Chat that that worries me, because i expected some bad to happen.
    I had not expected what occurred.
    We went on questing and on second returned I found my Bank reduced from 80 to 60 and all deposited Money was gone. I am sure some items were in the missing slots as my bank was almost at all the time full. So now my Bank space is reduced to Default, Items are missing, Money is missing and I find Hundreds of people waiting for a resolve of the same Matter. Not Good, definitely not good at all. :(

    Changed to alt,.. bank spaces reduced to 60, items vanished. Change back to main,.. spaces still at 60, but 60 items were back,.. items > 60 gone I assume as could see no trace. No gold was stored in bank.

    Regarding the quote below, I do expect as a paying customer to get everything back or a compensation in gold. Failing this I will be reconsidering my subscription.

    Unacceptable. CS policy has been a disaster so far but this trumps it all.

    It's not safe to resume normal bank use until they announce it.

    I feel as though I am being punished for playing the game how I want to play it. Find an item with one toon, excitedly throw it into the bank to log my alt and snatch it out of the bank...only to somehow trigger some anti dupe security script that resets my bank, losing 30 slots and a lot of gold.

    Genuinely have a hard time playing the game with this on my mind. I'm not one of these doom and gloom I'm going to stop my subscription type of players but frankly, there's no way I'm going to patronize a company that punishes me for something I have zero control over.

    This is now a ongoing headline for some major game news sites in the german speaking internet. This has to be addressed ASAP or it will have an impact on Subscriptions.

    All right, the latest patch is now on the megaserver for Europe and still nothing about our problem here. I'm doing a giant leap of faith here by saying I guess the issue is still not resolved :|
    Now that we accepted that the fix will not be retroactive, when and how will you give us back our stuff? What are you waiting for? The fix? It makes sense. But you could, at least, tell us that meanwhile you are checking your logs so when the fix is deployed you will be ready to give us back our stuff. Am I being unreasonable? Is it too much to ask to have a proper answer to the question: will we have our stuff back?

    I've sent two ingames mails and one via https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask/ as directed (concerning two bank resets). I've yet to receive an acknowledgement for any of them.

    Yep, patch notes are clear! Bank Bug isnt fixed....only quest bugs and other unimportand things....dont know why waste time for the other bullsh.....all other probs are not so hvy like the bank, lost skills,items aso!!! dont understand this...stop all other inverstigations and solve the bank/Acc problem FIRST. Thats a High Prio Issue and affect more than a lot of .... not players .... PAYING CUSTOMERS .....HIGH IMPACT ..... ESCALLATION REASON a REASON for canceling subscriptions and sending back our money ..... unbelievable.....if i handle problems like this on this way...i must be unemployed and HP has to kick me out of business.....

    I can address the question regarding the bank glitch. We have identified why it is happening, we have a solution for the next patch and we have tracked down the missing items and gold that were lost. Players should be receiving them via in-game mail once the issue is completely resolved.

    I hope I was able to properly address at least one of your questions. Again, I am sorry that we were not able to reach you during normal hours. Please let us know if we can offer further assistance.

    I have other cheese-related tasks to perform for milord Sheogorath, I suspect swordplay will be involved, so wish me luck! I hope he doesn't feed me to Skeevers again for saying, "Irregardless".

    my ticket 140406-011360 (sunday. april 6) was marked as "closed". i asked for a refund of 20 bank slots and the robbed gold. the sorcerers running after molag bal and his companions only replied after 6 days and a couple of unanswered reminders from my side, when i tried to open a second ticket. original ussue is still open and ticket is still marked as "solved". they assume that my problem is solved if i do not reply to their email within the next 168 DAYS. hmmmm, what shall i say more? maybe some templars, dragonnights and nightblades should go out to help the poor sorcerers? gaming without a reliable bank does not work for me.

    This was posted in the Developer Discussion yesterday and should've been included (or at least linked to) in today's patch notes. Obviously it wasn't. Another unforced communication error on the part of ZOS.

    Now, I read that last part as "we're not sure how yet, but know that everyone will be compensated." I wish ZOS had been more specific and I hope that they'll clarify that statement sooner rather than later.

    I have 4 sets of early-release/Imperial items now and counting. I give it a 50-50 chance that I will have 8 sets, 1 per character slot, before the fix gets put in.

    That means my bank has been reset to 60 slots and the gold wiped at least 3 times now. I haven't put any gold in there or upgraded since the first wipe/reset on April 6th, though.

    Let me echo some of the previous comments. This bug appeared in beta and has been reported for months. Not putting this as a priority is a huge blunder, the sort of lousy decision-making that should result in employment termination.

    Your customer service is being ridiculed, used as a model of failure. The failure to fix a BANK-WIPE BUG you have known about for at least 6 months means the incompetence is systemic.
