I can address the question regarding the bank glitch. We have identified why it is happening, we have a solution for the next patch and we have tracked down the missing items and gold that were lost. Players should be receiving them via in-game mail once the issue is completely resolved.

This is a lie. They have certainly not "tracked down the missing items and gold," that is just exploiting the metaphor. There are no actual "oak bows of precise scamming" or any actual "gold" for them to locate.
It would mean that the 3 employees in ZOS customer service pulled database backups for the thousands or tens of thousands of customers whose bank slots and gold were wiped and they are ready to add those back once the "fix" is implemented. That is just a lie.
If they "make it right" it will be a blanket mail with gold to those who submitted tickets or something similar.
Let me echo some of the previous comments. This bug appeared in beta and has been reported for months. Not putting this as a priority is a huge blunder, the sort of lousy decision-making that should result in employment termination.
Your customer service is being ridiculed, used as a model of failure. The failure to fix a BANK-WIPE BUG you have known about for at least 6 months means the incompetence is systemic.
the NA server is down for maintenance. Let's hope said 'new patch' resolves the bank slot issue. Here's hoping~

I'm going to log in tonight to see if things were fixed for me. If they haven't been I'll be unsubbing. It's a shame because this game seems fun to play. So I was on character A and deposited stuff in bank. Switched to character B and received mail, it was a second explorer's pack and monkey, which I didn't take just in case. Checked bank, everything wiped, didn't add or move anything just in case. Went back to character A and everything was back in bank, but mail was still there. Again back to B and everything was back there too, but the mail was still there.
Correction, stuff is back in bank, but upgrade and everything in those 30 extra slots is gone
If a mod decides to look into this, the logged reference is 140413-142487. I don't expect it because there are others with much more serious issues, but there it is.
