    Just happened to me. Bank reset from 110 to 60 slots. It appears most of the items were transferred to character inventories, but I have not been able to check it all yet. I am unable to submit a ticket since the EU server is down? even though I am on NA server? really? Also received the new player/pre-order e-mails again and was unable to skip coldharbour/prison sequence when creating a new alt to be a bank mule.

    Just had this happen to me. I may have been lucky as it happened when I logged into an alt who happened to be the first character I created. He's level 3 so if he lost skill points, oh well.

    I did lose 20 bank slots and everything in them though.
    What was in them, I couldn't say.
    Haven't gotten the email confirming my ticket so I don't have the ticket number on hand.

    Bank reset, luckily most items were out of it at the time. Lost 30k+ (deposited) and 20 slots.
    Submitted ticket but did not copy number, will post the number when I get an e-mail tomorrow saying it's closed.

    This is the 2nd time this happened however the first time I only lost 10 slots and didn't think anything of it.

    The fact that this happened 2x pisses me off but whats bothering me more is that it doesn't seem there is a fix for it yet. In which case even if I'm reimbursed the slots and gold whats to stop it from happening again?

    Also is there any chance you can change what the NPC's say (no place safer and such) since it's obviously them stealing my gold!?!

    3rd time this happened:
    BANK BUGGED, this time all items in my bank disappeared. As the other 2 times I recieved another set of promo items in the mail and my bank was reset...

    0 slots were lost this time since I didnt buy any from last night.
    0 gold was lost this time since I didnt deposit any since last night
    40+ items were lost this time.

    THIS IS GETTING REDICULOUS

    All I can say is I better recieve some form of reimbursement or ESO is going to be short another player.

    I'm not feeling very confident after they ignored the response to my first ticket after they asked me to reply with more information (140410-048787). After waiting additional 4 days I issued a second ticket last night (140414-086225) and this was the response

    "We are aware that some customers are encountering this issue, and we have reported this issue to the development team and we expect the issue to be addressed in an upcoming patch."

    Also thinking its not a good sign when they now have "We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 168 days." instead of 120 hours.....

    I really would just love my bank slots to be returned, its hard being limited to just 60 whilst trying to level up all crafts. I've not re-brought any as I have read that it just keeps happening to people :'(

    Bank slot reset to 60 and all the money in bank is lost...
    GOOD JOB ZENIMAX!!!
    I hope you will have the sense to give us all a 200 slots bank to apologize for this huge inconvenience that you are causing us all.

    2nd time for me losing bank slots first time losing all my gear in bank... fix it please..... and please let us know if you are going to continue to send more imperial additions items.. will clear bank and never buy more slots till this is over with.....

    What I'm curious about is...
    So I lost my bank like many others did. I felt like I was missing some skill points at some point as well but for some reason had the thought, "There is no way the game bugged out and took away some of my skill points."

    Is there actually a way that you guys can tell if someone lost skill points? because frankly I felt like I lost some but really don't know because at the time I was much more concerned with losing all of my crafting mats.

    For most of us that lost skill points, it's obvious. The skills show the plus next to them as though they are untrained. My level 16 character is this way, but only has 5 points to spend. Not sure what total I should have, but it should be much higher than 5.

    I think the bug is more of a "reset" type of situation. I doubt you lost a few points here or there. You could add up your skyshards and your level... plus the points you get for the quests with the Prophet and see how that compares to what you have.

    wtf is wrong with these people? my third set of digital content has arrived. I now have 3 crab pets, 3 scuttlers, 3 mara rings, I'm guessing the ability to get 2 more horses, 3 sets of maps, 3 explorer packs, etc.

    but hey, my bank slots have not been restored, nor has my gold.

    i will be voting with my cancellation if all is not restored WITH A VERY HIGH VALUE PEACE OFFERING. CAN YOU SAY MAX MY BAG AND BANK SLOTS??? this is not a "bug"; it is an effing BREAK, and every one of you posting here needs to realize it and vote with your cancellation bef the may charge date. i very well may have my credit card do a chargeback since zenimax is not supplying the product i bought, now are they? there are other games out there; go play them. drop your drawers and show zenimax your
    asses.

    havnt checked if lost Skill Points, fairly sure i lost the gold in the bank as well.

    put in a ticket, have recieved no email verification of ticket being recieved :pensive:

    Nothing will happen in the tomorrow patch? This is a joke or something??? Seriously i never seen a gamebreaker bug like this in my 10+ years of playing MMOs and online games.

    It seems the bug have some conection with the imperial edition mail with the itens. I've lost my bank upgrades and my gold when i got the second bugged mail after a loooong loading.

    I dont know what is worse, lost the bank upgrades, gold and itens, or playing with a 60 slots bank and have to create alts to keep my itens "save".

    and for those of you who think an extra month of play at no charge is a fair trade.... well i guess your time isn't worth crap. the time you spent getting your gold and stuff before this and the time you are now spending playing mule shuffle instead the game. worth way more than 15.00 to me.

    I get to join the 2nd timers club as it happened to me again tonight.... Between all the time needed to shift things around to alts just to have enough space to craft and then having all my resources disappear every so often my buzz from the game is quickly getting killed.

    watchyou 'talkin 'bout Willis!? Yep. FF14 started in the Dumps - but since they're 2. patch - its the best MMO out there. prolly wind up going back to that till xmas. hopefully Bethesda/Enix will flesh out their product more by then. It's Elder Scrolls, but its not - missing a bit yet

    Hasn't been solved. Just told they don't when/what things will be restored. Lost a bunch of Glyphs/runes from deconstructing them along with 2.5 levels of enchanting (one of which was from a book discovery). Lost a handful of other items that I was retrieving from my guild bank at the time, but I'm more upset about the glyphs/runes/enchanting levels. That is the most difficult craft to level.

    Thankfully I didn't lose as much as what other people here are stating.

    My missing gold (6300 deposited in bank) hasn't been restored yet. I suppose all there is to do is wait for the patch to hopefully fix the underlying issue and then wait to be reimbursed.

    But in the meantime here is my ticket number: [Incident: 140414-014596]. Hasn't been solved yet, but the status said "solved."

    i had strange issues with bank but i didn't know of this bug and i can't check if i'm missing anything. Will we be automatically refunded of any missing item or we must submit a ticket?

    So we lost an entire tab of weapons and armor from our guild bank earlier this week. And now I just lost all my purchased bank slots. x.x

    Can't even fill out a ticket because the eu megaserver is down... which makes zero sense since I'm on NA.

    My bank slots dropped from 80 to 60 and some items are missing.
    I am really upset, because this bug does not only prevents progress, it also destroys a part of my progress - if I don't get the items/inventory-upgrade back!
    And do not tell me this is not possible, it is.
    We do keep back-ups of characters, but it is not possible for us to do an individual character rollback. For the issue of missing bank items, bank slots, skill points, and gold, we reference records of everything your characters have ever bough, sold, deleted, traded, etc.

    - There is no information about this problem in the recent patch notes (v1.0.3)
    - I asked for a callback, got told it will be in about 50 minutes, nothing happened after over 4 hours (yes, it was about 20:00 UTC+2, and I don't care if the support is in english or german. but don't promise callback times and don't call back at all! Ticket 140414-093559)
    - Yes, I already sent a support mail... (ingame Ticket 140414-091351)

    Seriously? Should I help you with a SQL or whatever script to pull the info from the database backups and merge with my account?

    After spending a total of an hour tonight doing the mule shuffle routine in between leveling sessions, I've decided to cancel my subscription.

    I love the game, but this is not acceptable. The fact that the game launched with a bug like this is an appalling, and the fact that even now it hasn't been fixed is even worse. To top if off, it looks like there are going to be very slow manual restorations for all of those affected. I figure voting with my wallet is the best way to get ZOS's attention.

    If the bug is corrected and I am compensated to my satisfaction before my 30 days are up, I will consider re-subbing.

    Bug occured on April 10th, from 9-10PM PST. Nothing has been done to help. What is going to happen to the bank slots and the 30k gold deposit that I had? CS is not very helpful when I ask questions in email and in person on the phone. Everything just gets pushed back further and further. And all of the response emails say "We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 168 days.If your issue has not been resolved, you can respond directly to this email. We look forward to working with you again should you need us!". WHAT THE HELL?! The problem doesn't get solved by me not responding to your automated email. The problem gets resolved when you fix it and you tell others that you've fixed it. Getting tired of your shizz CS/Zenimax.
