Not sure how they are sorting who gets and who does not or who qualifies and who doesn't, but however they are doing it is not very professional but that said the biggest flaw in this is definitely basic human communication of which there as been none, that itself is just appalling management.

This is whathappened with me. I watched using the Twitch app on my FireTV, other member of the household watched on laptop via Twitch website. I didn't get drops - they did.

Also no response to my ticket other than the canned "Starting June 10th an continuing several hours..." message.

Previously I watched on two different devices - one through my home provider and another through mobile connection and it didn't help, I've got nothing except canned reply.

I not only watched but, knowing the issue will likely to happen, took plenty of screenshots of twitch itself and linked accounts from both eso site and twitch. Still nothing.

Nothing mentioned at all about my actual questions or issues which were clearly listed in my ticket

Support is an actual joke at this point, thoroughly disgusted with the service.

Quite funny , their reply even states "delivery for PC/Mac participants started the morning ofJune 10 and continue for several hours after that" and its now 17th, with no rewards received.

Sent a reply asking why they wasted precious resource time to send a none relevant reply to my ticket, which also wastes my time too, hows about they actually respond with either addressing or at the very least commenting on my actual issue which is clearly listed in the original ticket.

Lol! Did you tell them how very useful they've been? I have honestly not even bothered submitting a ticket yet, since I can see it'd be pointless. If any of you get an actual response, I might rethink the decision. Until then, I don't believe it's worth the frustration. I'm triggered about their non response as is and my opinion of customer support is already real low. Don't need to add to that

Got the same automated reply everyone is talking about. It's honestly baffling how horribly managed this entire situation has been. Maybe their way of fixing the several issues they've had lately due to high activity is to drive off as many people as they possibly can with terrible customer service.

While it says SHOULD, there has been zero update about this. If it was going to take any longer than the 12th (like she said), an update should have been made that it indeed take longer.

There is a tiny problem: it seems that nobody got their mount since June 12. Everybody who got it had the notification before that, just as Gina told us.

The 19th was the original deadline set by ZOS, and that deadline has been maintained since. The only reason some players believe they are entitled to an earlier deadline is because of a ZOS post that stated the rollout would be beginning sooner. They made no guarantees in that statement.

Listen, I'm only looking at what ZOS promised explicitly. If it wasn't explicit, one shouldn't take it as gospel. People should know this by now.

You're lacking that reading comprehension there yourself, friend, since as was mentioned in that very thing you quoted:

"If you participated on console, you will receive your rewards by June 19."

PC was originally going to have them on the 10th, but when the day rolled along and a lot of people hadn't gotten their drops, Gina posted an update saying the drops should all be handed out ON PC by the end of the 12th. It's now the 17th and there has been no update FOR PC on what's going on with the drops.

I mean the 19th was set for console players. And Gina wrote it should be done by the 12th.
(And I mean, many already got their rewards)
If Gina meant, yeah it is done now as it should have been completed by the 12th or if she means 'should' as in, well, it should technical be done by the 12th but it can take longer until the 19th (or a later date)... be anyone's guess. I can't really ask her ^^
Even the 19th isn't a set date, because console players 'should' receive their rewards then.
Depends how you interpret 'should'.

Would just be happy if we got a little update.
Like: 'We're still working on it."

I'm happy to wait until the 19th, no biggie, but again, a little update would be fantastic.

The updated time on my ticket has reset to 1 hour (from 5 days). and still no response to it. They seemed to be able to read it enough to declare it a duplicate ticket, but not enough to reply. so as of now, no mount, and no reply after a week. I've pretty much stopped playing at this point.

Mine has also reset from 4 days to 9h now. It seems like they're checking the tickets but deciding not to take action.

I've stopped as well. Not giving time it moment atm to the game if they can't provide simple customer service. ESO+ is cancelled and will remain that way until their customer service improves. The same goes from any future playing and crown purchases

Still have not rec'd my in game mount nor crates yet either. I did receive the customer support email stating " several " days. which I guess can mean 5+ days now.

Some kind of acknowledgement here in the forums would be greatly appreciated by the disappointed customers

From what I read it seems to me that they aren't prioritizing or otherwise separating twitch drops for pc from console. I think at this point they are just focusing on getting them delivered without saying this account should get it before that one.
