    Posted a ticket late monday evening, in fact it was probable after midnight and Tuesday, but they did state Drops would go out Monday morning and take a few hours, Only submitted a ticket after seeing posts on forums of other players who had submitted tickets and had their Drops delivered not long after.

    sorry wasnt meant to offend you but you know how some people are, they want stuff and they want it now even better before stream/drop started and as said that's also reasons why things delay.

    i am also 'slowly' getting the feeling they(ZOS) are done with it

    Yeah no problems, if anything the frustration people are having is Zos's own fault, they should not have stated a delivery timeline if they could not guarantee it, backlash was bound to happen, any decent supplier of anything ALWAYS accounts for unforeseeable issues.

    That being said, they did *advertise* a product (electronic, but with value), for service (be here, doing this, at this time).

    Expecting them to deliver is not out of bounds. If it’s delayed, or in waves, that’s fine. But outside of some multi-hand CS messages, we’ve no evidence that this is actually happening (i.e., no first-hand reports of people actually receiving their products after the 12th).

    So I, for one, am taking the “waves” report with a bit of skepticism; and would really like to hear from someone with authority on the matter.

    Would be less annoyed if knew it would be delivered so can stop worrying about it. I just feel like in limbo. Did I do something...did zos do something wrong. Should I contact support again? As to say would like to know what's going on.

    It would take one small minute out of someone from ZOS to reply and either say the "waves" are still coming out or alternatively, say, no sorry we do have an issue. They do read the forums, they do know of this thread, and yet nothing is said. The silence is quite disappointing.

    Yes I can understand they have bigger fish to fry at the moment with the major guild bank issues they are having, however, it doesn't not distract from this separate issue a certain percentage of their customer base is having. We have not got what was promised to us, and we are getting more and more aggravated as more and more days pass without a resolution.

    even if they give a timeframe unforeseen things can happen, but i guess noone in this forum ever had a (multiple) time where things did go wrong.
    the question is how you handle those things, and they do poorly.
    now the other question is how we handle those things. but again as i said above i am getting the feeling they are done with it

    I highly doubt, as someone in the IT field, that it's solely one computer doing the work or unmoderated at all. But, my other thought was correct that they just simply had an overload. They did have a massive amount of viewers, which does take time and manpower to some extent. Obviously, I do not know how ZOS does this, but that's just my standpoint. There's more than likely some revision of the emails included. Obviously with revision, if they hit a higher viewer count with linked profiles than they anticipated, or any other internal errors, it would take more time.

    You say you work in IT but claimed there was no reason an automated process should take that much time to complete.

    As I said, even automated it would require processing power and network resources and they might stagger the mail out. Especially one that big. So yes in fact there are reasons it should take that much time to complete which should be obvious to you.

    No, manpower is irrelevant. The mailout would be fully automated.

    Revision of emails? No. Not at all. What a bizarre thing to say.

    Though I don't actually always attention to the time. When I hear the stream start I switch to that tab. I didn't actually notice until after it had finished.

    I got my mount and crates though. So just being on the page / chat room is enough to get them.

    Nope. Between their lack of understanding of what a player base expects, to the latency I have experienced since the xpac and the simple things like not fixing a core class ability in a timely manner (blastbones, shouldn't have shipped this way), I did cancel my + sub.

    Got nothing. Did everything right as it said for PC. Ever since the event I have a crazy character glitch that links my and another players account, wrecking havoc to his account and yup no rewards and yup, no response.

    soon coming up to a week past, and still nothing, not even an official response or update, pretty disappointing to say the least.

    Guess there still counting the $$$$$ from 250k viewers and that's more important than giving out the promised rewards to their customers for watching, a lot staying up well after midnight until the early hours of the morning just to partake, I for one certainly won't be doing it again.

    Feel like I was manipulated into doing something I didn't realy care about with the promise of rewards for doing so and then got screwed ! GG ZOS

    I havent gotten anything either, no response to my ticket. Nothing from Friday's stream, and nothing from the E3 stream. No mount, no crates. Any update would be really great
