    Just got the crates and gee thanks for all the mimic stones they were exciting

    What’s the mount called again? I have a senche in my collection I don’t remember having, Clouded Senche-Leopard I think it said just there in collectibles no notifications about it Xbox

    But my game just crashed and won’t let me back in so this is going to fun now

    Very excited to see something happening here. Out of curiosity, did everybody who got their rewards today have one of those escalated tickets?
    I've responded twice to my ticket; first got another bot response, waiting on next answer. Fingers crossed.

    After a long bloody battle with ZOC customer 'support,' I've got my mount. :D To the people having issues with drops, one thing I could advise is to get as many screenshots of linked accounts and twitch itself as you can. It'll help a lot to prove you watched it and qualified for the reward.

    My ticket sat for 3-4 days before the timer on it reset as if they looked at it, but I didn't get any response that they will escalate.

    I want to add that I attached screenshots to the ticket of my linked accounts and I gave them a timestamp for the vod where it's visible that I left a comment there during the stream.


    P.S. I did get a mount out of the crates so I'm not really pissed anymore

    If you are on console, you can earn your rewards by logging into the game on Sunday, June 9, between 3:00PM EDT and 11:00PM EDT and killing a single monster. You will receive your rewards by June 19.

    I used In-Game Support > Platform > I have an Item Issue > Missing item. Hope that helps.

    I replied to the automatic message they send for tickets like 2 days ago and after my reply Im now still waiting on agent. No mount, no crate yet. Im on PC/EU... Hope it will be resolved soon...

    Same here, sent screenshots of linked accounts too with my last reply which said they were sending the ticket to "another team to assist you in this matter" now back to waiting.

    I dread to think what will happen if I have a serious issue thats needs fast attention.

    Just posting an update, I have now received the mount and crates. While my main issue was the lack of communication, which is still an issue, I am glad they did resolve the issue.

    I never did receive a reply to the ticket I put in until today which said I should have now received the items. I did do 1 reply to my ticket so it wouldn't close but as far as I could tell no-one actually looked at the ticket itself.

    Hope most of the other people with the issue have now had it resolved as well.

    The thread was created before people should have reasonably expected to have something that many people had to pay for that was being given to them for free.

    PC players should have gotten their rewards today around the same time, as reported by a good number of PC players. If you log in and you don't have the crates or mount, but you watched the stream with a linked account, now would be the time to send in a ticket.

    I'm not sure why you keep posting in here since you clearly don't have the same issue, however, what you see as us getting something you purchased for free isn't quite the case. On the account I am missing these drops, I ALSO own the clouded senche. In addition, I stayed up until 3:30 AM on a freaking monday because ZoS dangled a carrot in my face. That's on me, sure. But, they are the ones that decided said carrot would include a mount some people have already payed money for. Please take your anger out on them, not us. I simply want my silly crates, as they were supposed to be a GUARANTEED drop for watching them live

    Agree, the thread started late on the 10th after it was clearly stated reward delivery for PC/MAC would start that morning and continue for a few hours and long after there was many posts of players actually receiving the rewards on the 10th while just as many if not more had not.
    It was not until very late 10th that a CM posted there would be a delay and rewards would go out 11th and be complete by the 12th But from feedback on the forums and the lack of players posting they had got them , it seems none went out on the 12th, only the odd players who said they got theirs after submitting a ticket. Hence people started submitting tickets, plus the CM post advising to do so.

    As it happens still have not got mine, 2 tickets later, one closed without any response and one still open which I have updated now multiple times.


    To be honest biggest complaint I have is with the Community Managers and the lack of response and info, after all this was listed as a Community event. only 3 CM posts in 10 days, the only helpful one advising to submit tickets.
    So players submit tickets only to receive copy pasta non relevant replies or a reply saying they have had a huge influx of tickets and need time to resolve them............its just LOL, my first ticket got closed without a response and I then received a e-mail for a survey of my Customer Service experience !

    I know trying to be the voice of moderation is pointless on internet forums, but that's what I was attempting to be, @Amaljia and for the record, I don't appreciate assumptions being made about me, or the attitude of "if you don't agree with us, get out". For what it is worth, I have not gotten my rewards yet, but I have yet to check today. If I don't have them before tomorrow, I'll be sending in a ticket.

    Maybe don't be so quick to judge in the future. Hell, maybe if ZOS weren't flooded with so many tickets and duplicate tickets right off the bat, they could have solved issues and gotten missed rewards out faster.
