I got kicked out and am now at 18 mins wait.
So the poor guy who has a hour to play has to send 1/4 - 1/3 of that time sitting and waiting.
If they didn't have bad customer service, they'd have no customer service.

It might well be more players, lots of WOW streamers has migrated to ESO.I'm really struggle to understand why this problem has only now started. Are ZoS genuinely trying to imply there are more players now than before? They are certainly ensure that soon there will be a drop in player numbers at this rate, not to mention cancelled subscriptions.
However I think its more that its more of players is more active because of event and players returning.
And no, its not the time you want to wear random junk gear.

There were 2 bloody maintenance this week, and now there's a queue that made me wait for 20 mins, got stuck on 30 seconds for another 5 mins, kicked me out of the queue with server error, and then when I try to join the queue again, there's another 20 minutes wait! Get it together, ZOS! I honestly regret making investment with your company. We are bloody paying customer. Or just refund my money so I can play something else. I paid for a service, not for waiting in a line to play a bloody video game!2 -

✭well this is ridiculous, if they expect me to pay any longer for spending my time in a queue,
they are wrong.
I love this game, but when I come home and want to play, I want to play and not starve in a queue!
however thought @ZOS that megaservers would work out????
we are facing problems ever since the beginning, and it is now more worse then ever.
this is a nightmare; but they don´t have to worry,
after the launch of elsweyr, when the queues will increase this is the point were the EUserver will start starving
and that is the end.
well everything end once, why not ESO at their 25/5 anniversary.

✭✭I play in PC/NA but Im absolutely disgusted what's going on with EU server. All the money they're making and at this day and age its totally unacceptable and ridiculous that they cant provide simple service.
I know it's not the solution but EU ppl come play in NA server. Alot of ppl have moved over already and I've never seen so many new players on as last night.
Maybe they will do something if NA server gets jammed too with "too many ppl" lol.5 -
