Have you tried opening the usersettings.txt and changed the following?

SET LastRealm "EU Megaserver"

to

SET LastRealm "US Megaserver"

That might get you out of the login queue loop.

I play in PC/NA but Im absolutely disgusted what's going on with EU server. All the money they're making and at this day and age its totally unacceptable and ridiculous that they cant provide simple service.
I know it's not the solution but EU ppl come play in NA server. Alot of ppl have moved over already and I've never seen so many new players on as last night.
Maybe they will do something if NA server gets jammed too with "too many ppl" lol.

Indeed it's disgusting, people with just half a brain from NA should VERY concerned about this, it's not like this can't be applied to both severs and now there is an exodus to NA.

If that happen you would see the apocalypse day around here, but as usual the dumbest don't care about issues until they get hit.

@ZOS this is utterly unacceptable, it's a model you cant introduce out of the blue after 5 years, could have been different if it was in place for the start but it's incredible on so many levels to came out now with such "solution". I really hope it's temporary and will be gone very fast, though I consider this a new low! You too should hope as much because people is starting to get real sick of your ***.

Are you even freaking aware this game boots a lot at login even switching characters? How do you think people should deal, not only with initial queue, but being queued again and again because it works like crap and so easily one get booted or get never ending load screen!

Of course, that's a side scenario.

Not to count when you get booted switching character, not to count when you get some heavy load screen isn't going to get you anywhere and are FORCED to restart the game.

They're adding capacity to both PC/Mac megaservers over the next few weeks, and continuing to evaluate console traffic. Pinned post, can't miss it.

I saw the post but after all the BS lately I'm very skeptical about everything they say.
I'm no IT professional but how the heck they gonna "add" capacity? That just sounds more bs to me. Them servers are both potatoes and should ge upgraded or replaced entirely.

Can eu guys play in na server temporarily, or would you still be in login queue even if your playing in the na server?

EU guys can play in NA server but their toons wouldn't be there. All characters, inventory, achievements and even DLSs are only in 1 server. They would have to start over from 0. And no, there would be no queue.

last night spent 30 minutes in login queue, then did my 3 crafters, switched to main,..........
disconnect...........
another 27 minutes in login queue spent..............
then
another 39 minutes to my mates in cyrodil
being 3rd in queue, another disconnect.............
didn´t login again.

@ZoS how are you going to deal with the heap of angry customers, being forced to deal with your mess? We're the ones paying the price, because we (the customer) were ignored, and fobbed off with excuses, and false promises, and now this? If I disconnect, am I going to be forced to wait '30 seconds' (actually, fifteen minutes last time I got queued) to log into a game I pay for?

ZOS, I've bring many friends to this game and all of them are disappointed of your ***. Keep going, you will soon lose your EU players if you don't fire some of your staff soon and hire new non-lazy people

We would have to edit some files to point at NA server before login in, (otherwise we wait to login to EU before being able to change the client setting) then deal with the added lag that being other other side of the pond adds, and the colapse of the NA server if many of us did this!

i'm sure they can extend your eso+ time by day or so, if you complain to them , or if you're not eso+ then you get to extend your unlimited access by 1 day.

Just attempted to log in, and have been hit with a 16 minute queue.

It seems like ZO$ is actively trying to drive me away from this game...

Exactly this. I bought all dlc, mounts and my characters are ONLY available in my EU server (Thank to ZO$ wtb for not be able to share dlc in both servers, but that's another story...) But Hey... after all I have pay to play this game, I'm not able to (20 min to log in? Wtf? I get bored and start to do something else).

How would you feel if that happens to you? Be more serious NA people... because, you know... THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO.

Maybe there wouldn't be overflow of players if game would resign from "lower prices". Also I WOULD RECOMMEND to check third party sites like G2A in search for STOLEN CREDIT CARDS which bought keys. Really, when game goes on hietus with cheap sale, suddenly hundreds of keys are appearing in stock. During those actions suddenly game is overflowed and mainly by bots. I cannot, count how many times in Bangkorai I see bots that run in groups through specific groups. AND THOSE "things" can access game when players who payed in money must wait in queue.

Currently in a queue after waiting 15 minutes then getting stuck at around 6 minutes left, waiting for 5-10 minutes then rejoining the queue, getting another 15 minute queue which finally finishes, then getting some error and putting me back into a 17 minute queue.

So total time waiting so far is around 45 minutes

edit: Infinite loading screen so I restarted the game and got another 18 minute queue, getting quite frustrating now

Really? For weeks we have suffered Cyrodil lag, disfunctional group finder and now for 2 days in a row I'm stuck at login queus as an ESO+ member?

As if improving your server park takes this long. As if it's such a big investment to make. This is rediculous and should never be tolerated by the community. Screw this.

If you've bought into Eleswyr demand a refund. If you haven't vote with your wallet and don't buy it. The only way this organisation will take any notice of customers is if they stop paying. I pay for ESO + 6 monthly so unfortunately I'm in till August but no more after that unless they resolve the issues

We will find out shortly, they provided a timescale and they should be judged on if they manage to hit that or not.
For now I shall reserve my judgement, they made an announcement on the topic which is encouraging as communication has always been a large problem here. I am pleased to see that they have taken that feedback to heart and have addressed it.

Lets see what happens next.
