Mezeluth in CoH2, he gets the better lolz moments hands down, doesn't even move and is easy as hell, still... "oh look an awesome pug, no one picked a side and the one who did it got completely ignored, lolol"

Lord Warden from Imperial City Prison...simple reason, 1 shotting huge aoe ability, teleports, shadow images and permanent invisiblity until they are slain...so just do shadow images and start casting the 1 shot ability...till they are dead or if everything beneath me is just a pile of ash!

Sort of on topic - Zaan has the best voice actor delivery in ESO in my opinion, and she is actually something of a tragic character, so would be fun to play a story quest with her.
