Crowns are on sale. They’re not discounted as much as usual, but they are on sale. These hardly ever happen so I wanted to share.
On Xbox it doesn’t show the sale price unless you click a crown pack, then it does show the discounted price.
The 39.99 pack aren’t 24, but 31. So the discounts aren’t as much, but they are indeed on sale.

jcaceresw✭✭✭✭✭In my case, I believe I will pass on this sale. 20% is not enough saving for me. Maybe 50% like the previous time for the 21k crown pack. I guessed a sale would be coming up and was planning on really stocking up but very disappointed in the fact that it is only 20 percent. It's not worth what I was planning on investing. To bad they don't realize that they would have made far more sales by having a larger percentage like 40 or 50 percent off.18

And who the Hell buys the $199 pack when you can get 4 packs of 5500–EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT FOR LESS? It baffles me that this is even an option.4 -

✭✭✭20 percent off doesn't tempt me the way the half-off sale did (which was the last time I bought crowns). Crowns are too expensive as it is. I spend enough on this game with my two accounts' subscriptions, not to mention my husband's ESO+. ZOS charges way too much for what are essentially only cosmetic items.8 -

Same. I will buy 2 21000 packs at 40% off but will not buy at 20% off. We did the math, since launch I have spent over $2k on ESO ($500 spent on 3 other family members here and there so rest is all me). About $500 a year. I sub and buy 2 of the largest packs at every 40% sale (loved when they added the 21000 pack really). Sorrowfully, if they are doing away with that sale, all they will get is my sub

This is a 33-60% price increase. But are we getting 33-60% more value out of our crowns?
Fun fact: During last year's Valentine's Day, the wedding dress and suit were discounted 50% in the Crown Store. This year, they were discounted less--I can't remember the exact amount, but I think it was somewhere between 30 and 40%. So looking at just that one example, we see less purchasing power of Crowns.
