Not to mention there is a little skill involved when playing non proc set, non CP Pvp. Of course people who don't play in BwB wouldn't understand that.

So playing in BWB = more skill? I'd agree with you if there wasn't level 10-20's spamming stone fist in medium armour(speaking from personal experience). I have played in BWB on ps4 to get vigor and proxy back in the day; almost got emp as well. Magicka NB seems to be what all the so called good players use on BWB and they have a tendency to be toxic and talk a lot of non cp smack

It really hurts my feelings especially when they won't fight on CP campaign or azura's. So fun...so skilled.

I have been playing since launch and I can tell you right now that NOBODY has EVER gotten Emp solo. You may not have been in a group but you had help. Are you telling me you knocked down all the walls and took every inner keep all by yourself?

@FlyLionel i wouldnt say "more skillful" but its a bit more enjoyable for a lot of us without proc sets ( like @Stridig , I main an mDK in TF as well ( CP 600 ) but most of the time i'd rather play without seeing/using proc sets

Ah that explains a lot. Ps4 player. I doubt very much that bwb on pc and bwb on ps4 are even remotely the same.

As you can see on my signature, I'm in DC, since release (with the exception of 1 EP toon back when DC was utterly dominating BwB) These day, I have a Magplar, a Stamplar (which I absolutely suck at) and a Magdk (which is by far my best)

Most of the high skill players I run into in BwB aren't running magblades. There are a lot in BwB (and cyro in general) but that is likely because it is one of the more forgiving classes and is pretty entertaining for solo play.

Also, most of the higher skilled players you see in bwb are multi-campaign, multi-faction with close to max cp.

Also, this is BwB PC NA lul.

Oh you're being technical about it, than yes my faction helped me siege. Other than that yep I got emp alone, highest AP among the entire campaign eating EP up as usual. But if you never heard of the term 'solo emp' before and you played since release..well this conversation isn't useful anymore.

I haven't seen a "ruling class" really. Most of the good players you see in BwB are making new toons every few weeks. Pugs are usually just a random assortment, sometimes with good group comp. Generally non-vet only vaguely follows the meta, minus proctards and destro ulti/det zergs so a couple months ago there were a good number of stam sorcs, then a month or so ago it was a lot more mag dks. Largely depends on what role that player is seeking to fill.

First of all it's "then yes" not "than yes". And having the highest amount of AP by yourself without anybody else having more is how one obtains Emperor. Also this conversation never was "useful" as you say. Since you didn't see another BwB thread, you should start one for PS4 players. I'm sure they would appreciate hearing about how you can get Emp all by yourself because you have the most AP. What a goofball.

Mag sorcs usually just run Harness/healing ward until around lvl 25-30 now since they changed when you get hardened ward.

Also, your response kinda solidifies the point on build diversity.

Ohh yeah they switched the skills rotation..so if you build for sustain fully spec with magsorc with shields+healing ward the base damage alone is already beast...everywhere I turn I see magsorc smh.

@vamp_emily when console dies(which is will) zos will hopefully port our accounts and one day..pro tip: Just farm EP = translation = AD on pc right? EP on ps4 get dogged on the most for being you know...EP= free AP. So yeah make your bomb build next patch and head out to alessia lol..
