I would like to see the new change before I jump to conclusions... but if it is what I think it is there will be a ton of Magicka DKS... so be prepared for........ TALONS everywhere... under rocks ...on your computer desk ....in the bathrooms ...

Grouping

FINALLY some PvP love!! Alas filed as an issue...

Shroud of the Lich, Rattlecage, Seducer, and Dragonguard come to mind for me. In fact, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be running Dragonguard.First of all, finally thank you for listening on Dragon's Blood.
But really, nerfing Desert Rose? "Buff" mDKs all you want, but what exactly are they supposed to wear? You're gutting Heavy armor, Trainee, and Desert Rose all in the same patch.
Housing
- A Friend in Need
- The hint step pointing to the Home Goods Merchant now disappears after you acquire furniture from them, to minimize confusion after purchasing.

- Added a higher-health Target Skeleton to Rolis Hlaalu's store: the Robust Target Skeleton. This Target Skeleton makes a better target for those who want to evaluate larger skeleton damage sums over long periods of time.
*SNIP*- After fighting a Target Skeleton, you will now get a report via the chat log indicating your damage per second as well as the length of the fight.

It hits weaker. Force pulse also hits 3 times (better for procing sets and resources return) and is undodgeable.it hits stronger than force shock
I think you missed the part where you made bound armor and it's morphs no longer a toggle abilities, but passives with new active abilities, and the change to Empowered ward.
Bound Armor- this skill now increases shield duration for you and your allies by 2s at rank IV 5m radius.
This ability stacks up to 3x but can only be applied once per caster. This skill does not affect shields that heal, deal damage, increase damage dealt, or healing done.
Bound Agis- this morph also increases shield strength of effected shields 2.3% at rank IV
Bound Armaments- this morph has been renamed Daedric Rush
Daedric Rush- this morph no longer effects shields, increases max stamina (passively and no longer grants minor resolve and minor ward) and consumes stamina when activated. When activated you pass through a Daedric plane to your target, damaging them and granting you minor evasion and minor brutality for 6s.
Empowered Ward- this ability now also grants minor sorcery to you and allies for 10s.
No? Are you sure? I was sure given how much sorcs got wrecked in the DB patch that we'd get something this balancing patch aside from a bunch of buffs that only affect 10% of sorcs.
I don't understand the desert rose nerf! Reduce it fine, but to nerf it and totally ignore these ridiculous proc sets is dumb. That and I just spent a fortune on getting the ONLY decent MDK sustain set.

Nightblades are reliant on our crits to do significant damage, and with the way how everything is getting nerfed on the crit side, is it possible for the stamina nightblades to get some love? Perhaps a stamina DoT?? Not only would it help us in our damage side, but we can also be back in the race on the competitive side too. . .

Umm do you realize the magicka pool of a stam DK... better yet do you play one? In PvPor PvE I will definitely not slot this ability and I'm guessing you're talking about using this + hard armor + major mending so let's go over that real quick so I can help you understand.
Igneous shield is around 4.1k with no reduction.
Hardened armor/volatile armor is around 3.3k with no reduction
Dragon's blood is around 4.6k with no reduction.
So let me get this straight. You want me to go into a fight and when I'm low have hard armor already on pop igneous shield/dragon's blood? That isn't smart especially when the best Hard CC you have access to is magicka based. I would never drain my magicka resource in order to stay a live a bit longer so please don't even act like this is going to make stam DKs OP like you're eluding to.
Still no stamina love for pve??? @ZOS_GinaBruno You guys should make another icon on leaderboards right beside class that indicates Mag or Stam. Then take a look and give your head a shake when u see 90-95% Mag toons on the leaderboards.
Wierd, I have a feeling like we would play two different games... Most people of my vet trial raid groups are melee or bow users with about 3-4 magicka users. And it's always the same no matter which raid/guild/group I join. So people complaining about stamina efficiency should stop spread lies.
As far as I remember after DB update stamina characters were considered stronger and they were being taken to vet trial groups more willingly. Please, enlighten me then what has changed since DB that made stamina users weaker than magicka ones? After DB people were complaining about imbalance between magicka and stamina (that magicka is weaker). That's why we were hoping for some balance changes. And as we expected magicka users finally got some love and it was obvious that such love will be given at the expense of stamina. It just had to happen. With previous updates stamina users got many buffs and people were happy they got something. And now, when there are some tweaks to magicka, stamina users claim that they are totally ruined/useless... I'm curious then, if stamina is so bad right now why the dps requirements for many end game guilds are always higher by about 5k for stamina than for magicka?
My point is why people always need to complain about something? I think that ZOS will never ever satisfy players in a way that both magicka and stamina users will say that they are both good.
First: Look @ leaderboard ask the guilds how many stam setups they run, than think again.
Stam can clear the content, but underperform in competetiv play. Of course pug groups Run stam and there are many (new) players Who like the play as stam. But if you want to run the content in a competetiv environment you need magika and thats it. Magika give have shield and aoe without loosing st dps.

Omg... seriously its the same thing every update. Stamina is to strong, or magic is to strong. Get over it. If you want the best min/max so you feel you can compete at the highest level, then CHANGE YOUR CHARACTER. Don't cry that something got nerfed and you'll never be able to compete even at the lowest level.please get over it. I play mnb people who cry strife nerf is going to kill mnb. Get over it. Hell, I can spam strife at 10 percent magic and in a few seconds.like 16 or so I'm back at full magic... it needs to be more expensive but needs to deal more dmg. If your the guy crying that you can't take on 10 people anymore with your desert rose. Then think again about how your playing. See 15 people? Maybe don't rush in huh?
I get the people who spent time and gold on getting sets only for them to get nerfed. I'd be a little upset too. But as was Dr set was way to powerful. They maybe over nerfed, but it's far from dead. And if you think another set helps you sustain better, why are you even complaining? Just switch! Magic pve. Stamina pvp. Where's all my crying min/max mag players when it comes to pvp? Obviously we all know stam better for pvp, does your pvp character still need to be the best at pve? Or do you think you could survive without having to be the best/lamest eso player?
imapogostick wrote: »Wait who goes into the fight with db/armor/and igneous shield all activated, when your a stamina? I've played stamdk for a long time until I got sick of 2h wb spamming. You never need to pop igneous until you need to heal, and I didn't even use armor since I wasn't tanking. I had 0 problems with magic using these igneous then blood then vigor then rally. Almost unkillable. Yet as a magic build their isn't one stamina skill I could even slot since I need all the stam I can just to block dizzy spam and roll dodge. So before you say you can't sustain your magic on a stamina build, think about magic builds. Also try not using 3 magic abilities... and your best hard cc would either be invasion or good old dizzy swing
Just saying.
Evasion: Casting this ability and its morphs now requires that you wear 5 pieces of Medium Armor.
It was a bug, and they already fixed it.Hold on let me get this straight. Eso is supposed to have massive pvp battles, but you can only have a group of up to 4 people?
I mean I always play solo while in cyrodil but you have just reversed a rather large portion of what you claimed pvp in this game is suppose to be.
I know people cry about zergs, but what is funny is most of the time people complain about zergs they were also in a zerg but it was just a smaller zerg or less powerful one.
Sorry but going from the current group count to 4 seems a bit crazy imo. Just seems overkill.
Just to say this again so it is very clear. I almost always play solo in cyrodil.
