- Desert Rose: Increased this item set’s proc chance to 15% from 10%, but also increased its cooldown to 4 seconds from 1 second.
Due to this item set having a low cooldown, the Magicka restored by its proc was very high in situations where you were taking lots of incoming hits every second. Increasing the cooldown but also increasing the proc chance maintains the current level of Magicka returns when you are taking one hit every second, but keeps it from being extremely overpowered when you were taking multiple hits every second. The Magicka returns of this set will still remain higher than any other item set in heavy combat situations.
You there just destroy the only one item set that was useful for heavy magicka DK =\ DK's skills cost extremly high ((
Proc chance 10% but reduce cooldown to 2 sec will be optimal.

complaining and crying wont be listened to back when they released the notes on pts for the weapon ults many were shouting to the heavens that the staff ults were going to be lackluster and underpowered BUT LOOK AT IT NOW the biggest complaint is how staff ults are overpowered. its a full 360 degree flip

How does one impale from that far? A skill name change may be needed.
That is a templar javelin, not a nb impale... lol
ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »@ZOS_GinaBruno you probably forgot to include Honor the Dead fix in patchnotes?
The fix for this is still going through the pipeline and wasn't quite ready for this patch.
Evasion: Casting this ability and its morphs now requires that you wear 5 pieces of Medium Armor.
@Dominoid Are all these changes easily updated in the spreadsheet?ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Housing
- Added approximately 250 furnishings to the Housing Editor's Crown tab. This includes a wide variety of items as well as non-set Crafting Stations.
- Added several missing rocks and plants to the Purchase tab of the Housing Editor.
- Removed the "Imperial Forge, Covered" from the Purchase tab of the Housing Editor.
- Improved the naming and categorization of several furnishings to improve clarity.
- Added several new crafting plans that weren’t previously represented in crafting.
- Removed several crafting plans for smaller furnishings that weren’t quite ready for the spotlight.
- Adjusted the quality of several furnishing plans to ensure they match the quality of the final product.
- Updated the categorization of furniture crafting materials to prevent them from displaying when crafting non-furniture items.
- Fixed several cases where the material costs for various recipes were incorrect. This includes the Target Skeleton, who once again requires the correct 206 bones to craft.
- Added a new "Honors and Awards" section to the Gallery category for PvP achievement furnishings.
That is a templar javelin, not a nb impale... lol

I freaking called this.
This is ice block's fault. Ice block ruined this set. RIP.
I predict it would be way too op with ice blocking..

What I don't understand is how a javelin thrown through the air interrupts a "teleport" strike and knocks me down.
I'm teleporting from point A to point C, and in the middle at point B, someone knocks me down with a javelin.
I don't think people working at Zos know what the word "teleport" means.

from what i remember from my nb, teleport strike isnt a true teleport, but is more like a fast run. Templar has a similar move called explosive charge, and its the same visual on screen: Your at spot x, then zoom zoom into the spot y. (also fwiw: it also has the same glitches, get a someone to use volcanic rune in a small cave setting, and if you time it right you can end up on top of the dungeon (out of play area)... doesnt help combat wise, but it is still funny to watch my tank roof my other dps. Also works on the nb mobs when they do that jump over you move. lol.
I think they just skimped on the name because 'run really fast strike' wouldnt fit in the tool tip holder.

I think the same thing happened to the skill: Bolt Away But We Really Don't Want You To Be Completely Able To Escape
On the template character I made before this patch, I can still craft everything I learned then, so all the styles. I've checked with newly placed crafting stations, and crafting stations I placed before this patch.I just went back to decorating my house when the pts came back online, and can only craft furniture items in Argonian and Dark Elf style, is this intentional? I am pretty sure it can't be...Nothing else is available to craft anymore, apart from in these two styles.
After fighting a Target Skeleton, you will now get a report via the chat log indicating your damage per second as well as the length of the fight.

Wouldnt call this set unusable. Its currently ridiculous return. Good change.
