I'm surprised with the "*** everybody else" attitude a lot of the people here have.
I am a subscriber, I will get the crafting bags either way...
But EVERYBODY needs better inventory management, not just us subs. Yeah, I know you can use mules to hold stuff. That is not a solution, that is a work around and not a very good one. I don't suggest everybody have access to crafting bags. Although I wouldn't mind seeing them in the crown store or even a mini crafting bag in the crown store(1-2k stacks instead of the unlimited stacks some items have now).
I would suggest upping the bank space to around 400 total, this PALES in comparison to the amount crafting bags hold, but would still give some relief to non subscribers.
@Taisynn
Hey we pretty much have all agreed that the Craft Bag should be an exclusive.
Also, I think most people think its bull crap that ESO plus members don't get the DLC's included.
I dont understand. We subbers do get the DLCs included in our subscriptions.
Or am I misreading your comment?

Hey I mean that you should get to keep it even if you unsub; it should not be taken away imo

Use the free Crowns to purchase the DLCs if you want to unsub.

To kinda change the subject. I think DLC's should be given to subs as loyalty rewards. You sub for a year, then get to keep whatever DLC's have been released to that point.

What's your definition of freeloader here?
If I buy DLC, Mounts, and Costumes am I a freeloader?
If an ESO + Member stops subbing, they are now considered freeloaders?
Just wanted to show what exactly I mean by increasing normal bag space to 400(adding 160 to current amoutn) paling in comparison to what crafting bags offer.
Here is my crafting bag in PTShttps://youtu.be/MPSBU3jIfd8
It currently has 260 unique stacks in it. But if you look at the amount on some of those stacks... 4k that would be equal to 20 stacks of 200. I went through each item and added what those stacks would be if they were in our normal inventory...
3142 item spaces in bank/inventory is what it would take to hold what that video shows are in my crafting bags.
So like I say, giving players the ability to purchase a total of up to 400 spaces would PALE in comparison to what a crafting bag offers.
Wow, half the people on this forum don't think non-subscribers should have ANY options to increase their inventory size at all outside of the monthly subscription plan? No wonder most of the people who actually play this game don't come anywhere near the official forums.
PLEASE POST YOU THOUGHTS

@NewBlacksmurf
Thank you for some additional perspective. I was unaware that the xbox sub was more limited than others. I personally play on PS4 and my only complaint is that there are no multi-month subs.
Ultimately, however, I don't think the problem specifically with Xbox subs should be the sole factor to change the implementation of the crafting bags. The problem is with that particular subscription, not with this implementation.
If you ask me, it's time for ESO to merge all subscriptions to a non-platform specific model. Especially considering the recent news articles about xbox and ps4 discussing the possibility of allowing more cross-platform games. I think its only a matter of time before most console games are cross-console.
@TheSpin Xbox subs aren't limited in any way, shape or form. I think what NBS is referring to is that the first few months of the game being released for console, subscribers were not receiving their monthly crowns and was sometimes locked out of DLC's.
I spent four, maybe five months contacting ZOS and Microsoft with support tickets and e-mails until the problem was solved.
Unlike NBS who just gave up and canceled the sub. I now get my monthly crowns, like clockwork, every month on the 9th and haven't been locked out of DLC's since then either.
Now for the OP. Crafting bags should stay exclusive to subscribers but there should be an increase in inventory slots for non-subs to accommodate for the increase in mats. Though I really thought moving trophies was a step in that direction.

You must not have read the entire thread. Read and you will see what I mean.
I have recently solved my space issue. I refuse to have a mule because I want to use my character slots for characters. What I did to solve my inventory problem, was abandon all food and enchanting items. I craft my food in quantities I need using the ingredients from the guild store, and get rid of the rest. I don't ever pick up ingredients now. Also, since glyph's can be purchased, I have decided to abandon the skill line of enchanting for now. Although I can progress now unhindered, I still think it's a shame that there are entire aspects of this game that had to be eliminated for myself due to space constraints. It kind of puts a damper in the excitement of a whole world to explore, and skill lines to practice, when I have to abandon half the items i come across, and a whole skill line. It's whateves Zos.

I don't get it.
I have one character (alt doesn't count - it's not a mule and I never use it), I am maxed in all crafts, I never use the guild bank and I haven't finished upgrading my own bank space yet.
I don't carry around mountains of low-level mats, and I have roughly 80 inventory slots free after deconstructing and banking everything.
What are you doing that requires so much space?

Yeah... Go ahead and hold my hand on this one; walk me through it. I still don't know what you're talking about by calling some who once subbed, and then unsubs, a freeloader. Once you've invested money, its no longer free. I skimmed through everything to try and see what you mean, but I don't get it. I made this thread, and have followed it, but I've never heard of anyone calling something free if money has been spent.
I've new here. I bought the game a month or so ago, and then purchased all the DLC's. I'm going to buy the new mount coming out, and I already have the crowns purchased for the next DLC. By no means am I a freeloader. Since what we were talking about someone who unsubs, I want to emphasize that I don't consider them freeloaders either. I may understand somewhat your perspective. Someone who pays for a month of plus shouldn't get all the DLC's. I don't feel the same about those who have had it longer, though. I also think that since everyone is complaining about the Bag being the only perk, the additional perk of keeping DLC would be good for everyone.

I think you lost me. I'm not sure what you and I are discussing at this point. If ur saying that you agree that nonsubbers are substandard people, thats just weak sauce. I'm not really sure of ur position or what we are talking about. I think we may have taken each other the wrong way.

Introduce some sort of loyalty system that gives non-subs Crafting Bags according to a certain requirement (e.g. Purchased all DLCs, has spent over a certain amount in the Crown Store relative to when they started playing, etc).
I get the argument that subs reduce risk by giving projected sales but regular Crown Store purchasers also do as well. If the amount of cash spent is the same, the monetary value of ESO is the same and therefore the same benefits should be given. Realistically, there's no difference between these two groups seeing as subs can also stop spending cash very quickly.
