The only update is that they are doing maintenance on August 11 for Xbox and August 12 for PS4. Not sure if they narrowed the problem yet. Probably think a server reset could resolve it.

Well keep collecting and troubleshooting, don't let them go home until the problem is fixed. In the mean time any way to knock on tech supports door and have them move my character from Stormhaven to Craglorn so I can at least turn in my daily crafting writs?

The very last thing? 10 minutes ago I was lucky enough to get to log in and then trying to travel/load in to another area. This problem does not seem to be area specific as I have had the issue in Glenumbra, Grahtwood, Auridon, Coldharbour, Cyrodil - The problem is communication with the server, most times I can not even log in like right now which is why I came here searching for an update and I found this.
- When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? The first time was around 7pm est Friday night but I have no idea what I was doing or where I was.
- Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? Of course but all I got was a response saying that the issue is being investigated - go figure.
