RNG likes you...afer running every single vet Undaunted pledge(hardmode, mind you), most of them several times, and rerunning vet DC 10+ times specifically for the helmet, I still have 0 heads. - Scourge Harvester, light armor, reinforced
- Maw of the Infernal, medium armor, sturdy
- Valkyn Skoria, heavy armor, infused
Quite a few unique heads as well:

- Maw of the Infernal, light armor, divines
- Blood Spawn, medium armor, reinforced
- Nerien'Eth, medium armor, impenetrable
- Nightflame, medium armor, sturdy

I think the droprates are appropriate and shouldn't be changed. Keep trying and you'll find something good.

Far as armor type goes, I'm actually a bit confused myself. I thought any set can come in any armor type and trait - the type part actually made sense because it allowed for wider build diversity: if I want to tank in light or medium armor, why can't I try that? But so far I got Undauned Bastion in ALL types of armor and about 30+ Unweaver(stamina bonuses) pieces...ALL in LIGHT. I can't remember much on the last set because I get it a lot less. But the Unweaver part is kind of confusing. Is rng just being weird with me or is there seriously ONLY light version?

To clarify, there are 3 "common" undaunted sets:
- The Undaunted Unweaver, light armor, gives more dmg on light/heavy attacks when using a stamina ability
- The Undaunted Infiltrator, medium armor, gives more dmg on light/heavy attacks when using a magicka ability
- The Undaunted Bastion, heavy armor, gives a shield.
The traits are random (from what I've seen) but the armor weight isn't.
If the goal is to make us work for the rewards, make it a definite fixed reward (like 10gold keys, to get choose a light, med or heavy shoulders piece, random trait or something)
Complete RNG is bs. The lucky ones will complete their sets in one try and the rest of us can do nothing but suck on it
Something is bugged out on those drops. I have 2 valykn skoria helms, 4-5 shoulders and probably around 7 helms in total and others have 0 while doing every pledge since it began.
Could our finesse rating be bugged? Does anyone know if the challenge has any effect on chance for a boss helm to drop?

I do challenge mode on Skoria every time because its faster and easier, so unless doing the challenge mode reduces the drop rate, this can't be it.
I thought the devs stated shortly after launch that the finesse system was scrapped. I have yet to see any other mention of it since then.
Valkyn Skoria head: haavy - divines, medium - well-fitted/sturdy(i don't remember), light - divines. (10+ runs)
Engine Guardian head: heavy infused (6-7 runs)
Engine guardian pauldrons: heavy sturdy
Spawn of Mephala pauldrons: don't remember
Nightflame pauldrons: don't remember
7 daily quests. (+- 1)
I think drop rate is ok. This sets (atleast Valkyn Skoria and Engine guardian) are OP. I use 2 heavy parts of Engine Guardian for my healer and i even don't care.

All in all I'm not happy. As I said I'm now doing 2-4 vet runs a day and while I've seen hats drop I've rarely gotten them myself. Obviously my luck with chests is way worse as I only received one and haven't skipped a pledge since the system came out.
I'd personally like to see some sort of luck / token system... or make them bloody exchangeable. The whole random nature (heavy v light v medium + random trait) is already very off putting, having to run a dungeon 30+ for a chance to drop an iffy trait wrong armour type hat is soso, doing countless daily pledges for a chance to get a more random shoulder piece is ridiculous.
@Tripwyr I might have to annoy you for your CoA tactic, trying to farm it for the bloody head and shaving off time is always welcome!
