Invulnerability exploit.

I laugh when I see a known exploiter on this thread complaining about other exploiters. This person has been reported 20 times a day by various players. I'll give you a hint, they play AD side. I'm sure you know damn well who you are too, it's just a bummer that I cant directly call you out on it here due to 'naming and shaming.'

I'm going to assume you're talking about me since you've already accused me elsewhere. That's OK though I don't believe in the naming and shaming policy. I'd rather air it all out in public.

Is it the "3 spell Macro exploit" that I'm using or the Shield stacking exploit? Maybe it's the endless ball lightning exploit?

The difference here is, I actually spent a lot of time studying every possibility before I considered throwing around accusations.

There is a big difference between skill and exploiting, unfortunately it usually takes skill to recognize the difference.

I don't think you cheat or exploit in any way. There's a lot of ignorance around here.

has this been fixed yet? I haven't seen it today, but I haven't been watching the numbers that closely... been in a lot of huge battles.

No your absolutely right. Killing someone by shooting through 2 separate walls and the floor is totally legit.

If someone got hit through 2 walls and a floor by me then they were visible to me when I fired on them. You realize projectiles once fired at a target will lock on that target and hit them regardless of where you go or hide. I can fire 4 or so power overload attacks at max range before the first one hits you and the others will follow you and hit you no matter where you go unless you roll dodge or cloak.

Not on my list, certainly. I've fought you, and while you are a pain, I can eventually get some damage in. Unlike a few other players who are immune to damage from 40+ player for over 5 minutes, while they kill player after player. You are good, but not god mode.

I think this may have been addressed. I didn't see it from a player known for employing god mode. Either it's been eliminated or they got warned. Both are good.

More importantly, your target for these accusations has never demonstrated any of these behaviors, and I've encountered him many time. Cease and desist. Heat? No idea why you keep asking this....I have not been ingame in 3 or 4 days. Last time I played my kill counter was at 257 kills/8 deaths....ouch. LOL

I have occasionally seen in PVP games that some players will pull the ethernet connection when losing so the game sees them as disconnected, making them invuln. Not sure how this game would interpret that, but I think it's a possibility.

That's a good point. Sometimes in battle, I'll get a loading screen. When I'm back, I'm surprised that I survived.

I can't speak for every case, but maybe some of what we're seeing when someone "appears" to be invincible is simply the game trying to re-connect and keeping them alive until they do.

I guess the way to tell is if they are actively moving or attacking.

Actually, at the moment it would only be dodge roll, since cloak is so borked in all of its forms that you still get hit by projectiles (also npcs will keep facing and attacking like nothing happened).

Just thought I would correct that part.

Kind of sad that I re subbed to come back to this type of thing.

Sounds like a political problem at ZOS from what I saw in the other thread. Multiple teams can't seem to sit down together and resolve the issues from each others teams.

Ya'll need to get a Project Lead to get the Team Leads for each team together and iron on this crap before you lose your game.

There are WAY too many game options available to just have people tough it out.

Project management 101 please.

Well one well known person who had gotten perma invulnerability from this told me that he's no longer using it since it felt cheap. Also hasn't played that character for over a week. Perhaps a message went out.

I was accused of using this "exploit" today as a Werewolf (Just a WW for extra ulti)... Not really sure how he came up with that one. He was wondering why his 3k spell did no damage and then once I explained to him what damage shields were and how harness magicka works he then called me a noob. Is it normal to throw around this accusation when your bottom gets a punishment? I'm not even a vampire.

I hopped on here to explain my build while offering some build assistance if he wants it and but he happens to be banned from the forums. Interesting indeed!

If you didn't have shields up through 40 players beating on you for 5 minutes, you aren't part of the problem. Ignore him.
