There could be a Veil of Blades exploit that stacks with a 5% reduction from PVP Armor that would bring you very close to the mitigation they're receiving.
The game client with a hack could theoretically place a synergy command for a veil of blades and it wouldn't surprise me that the server side wouldn't check for the existence of the ultimate in the player vicinity.
Hrmm. I'll have to find a NB to test this with to check my numbers.

Oh boy...
Exactly. I still have paid time but Haven't played since first month of release. I was a vampire in early access and one of the first and the game was fun but after a month playing with no justice system , and pvp exploits I got bored. I hope when Ps4 launches in 2015 it will be polished mostly. I gave up on Cyrodill though and will stick to pve content and maybe player bounties for now on. I personally think Cyrodill was a bad move for a ES game. Should of stuck with smaller pvp areas and justice system pvp.ezareth_ESO wrote: »The vamp mistform exploit is SO EASY to do......but i don't use it, cos i feel, when u resort to that, it's an admission of how bad a player you are....
That being said. Just yesterday. i happen to run into a NB, caught him lurking. Started to go to work on him. Yeah. He had 2% health and became immortal.(If you know how the mistform exploit works, you'll understand)
Then he had the nerve to kill me and do push ups on my body.....
I mean come on.
Don't push honest ppl to a point where they get so pissed off, that they start fighting fire with fire k?
A good amount of the exploiters, were ppl playing honestly and got sick of getting owned by exploits...
Yeah the sorc in my other video had the nerve to message me to taunt me after I was killed by his team after chasing him to his forward camp "You can't kill me" to which I replied "I wasn't try to". I knew I couldn't kill him, my point was just to build evidence to pass on to ESO so they could fix the exploit and ban the player. Neither happened.
I seriously wonder how many players left out of the fraction who are left are the people who subscribed for 6 months at the start. I'm pretty certain when that 6 month mark hits this game is going to become a graveyard. Without some drastic turn of events and some come to jesus meeting from Zenimax I'll be one of those players who is gone. I unsubscribed after Zenimax let Caltrops go on for a month without fixing them.
You are also forgetting about NB ultimate veil of blades 60% damage reduction.

He showed up again and 4 of us dished out all we can on him, expert hunter kicking in 4 times for me alone and when finally out of stamina his health bar started to move.
He has min 5 light on, i dealt all physical attacks, when he finally went down, we all asked each other "did you see that crap?"
Some players are def exploiting something surely.
I just cant take them seriously anymore when i have played with people in the past who die and in a rage claim someone is cheating because they have no idea what that person is using or running. Only to find out later that its a certain skill, build, or w.e and not cheats.
And speaking of shield stacking, a fun new macro is being used as well now. One click and you cast hardened ward, shield ally and harness magicka in a second.
Heres a quote from above where someone mentions a NB.Elmojito1000eb17_ESO wrote: »Just came across a player a NB Vampire who would not take much damage. Add ons showed me and a group member dishing out over 800 damage each and his health bare stayed at 100%.

as mentioned earlier in this thread, EIGHT above average (not as elite and gifted and talented as you are) players were simultaneously unleashing max dps on a sorc who is stunned on the ground with 2% health and on a consistent basis he gets up with 30%-35% health restored - not one offchance encounter where something might have been glitched - but frequently over a span of 2-3 weeks now
yup, you're right, everybody else is wrong, highly skilled player here using no cheats or exploits
i recant my earlier accusations when one shot killed by 40,000+ damage from a single snipe - no bug, cheat or exploit there, just another highly skilled player
in fact this is amazing, using this mindset i can now see the light - thank you brother, praise cheezus, for now i too can claim to have not seen people exploiting
emperor farmers - highly skilled players
people setting up forward camps behind closed temple gates - highly skilled players
people circumventing bosses in AA by glitching though doors, and then proudly proclaiming in their sigs that they have the world record for completing AA - highly skilled players
in fact looking at things in this new light i can totally understand why you come into zone chat on thornblade and issue comments like 'all of you using bows are f%$#ing idiots, you need to learn to play the game, you're all f*&$ing scrubs!!!"
i am enlightened indeed

Add me to the list of folks starting to wear a bit thin on this stuff. I have been noticing practically invulnerable players more and more. This weekend it just kept happening. In one example, there was a sorc that fell off of a keep wall right in front of about 9 of us. Of course, we put all of the DPS we could muster right in to him... nothing. He absorbed it all.. he health went down at first and then just would not budge. He literally walked through our siege line while being attacked (after fighting back for a while) and joined a zerg that was on the other side the hill. We could not get him to zero health.

See posts like this are the problem. This example could easily have been someone casting Hardened Ward, Harness Magicka, and Healing Ward over and over. You make generalities like about all 9 of you unloading but are you sure everyone instantly started DPSing? Did he Bolt Escape (leaves the glowing orb) giving himself temporary immunity to projectiles? You'd be amazed at what people with proper builds and no lag can do.
