I have looking through the Elder Scrolls API to create an addon for that, but sadly there's no way right now to do an addon like that. Thinking about it, it doesn't seem likely that they'll allow that, as it goes against the "go explore!" attitude of Zenimax for the players (which I like, not complaining at all :P)

It is the first town in Shadowfen, so I do not know, where to go back... It is possible that the quest was given by a messager, who I met, but I am not able to met him again...
Edit1: HOLY LORD! I found it in Deshaan!

Where in Deshaan did you find it? Quest giver name?

I stand by my overall belief that the Shadowfen achievement was calculaled based on a missing area's quests, and needs to be dropped to either 58 or 60, most likely 58.
Hopefully this post might stop a lot of people offering help but repeatedly suggesting quests that most of us who are stuck already have done. Please don't stop offering advice, but bear the above list in mind. Thanks. 8)

Edit2: and I just finished the last quest is Shadowfen; I have 62/62 - So, it is possible to do the achievement, see the pics:KraidenDove wrote: »Confirmed, my entire guild is at 61/62 except for 1 person that played in the extremely early stages before major failures. Once again, I emphasize, if they wanted us to follow their linear questing style which would eventually award you the achievement they should have made it so. But for those who followed their 'picked a direction & run' philosophy gets f**ked over.
I'm V2 now, I still return to this damable marsh everyday. Pretty sure I'm close to giving up & waiting out for a fix or when they add new quests to the zone (or simply bring back Hei Halai quest into the game).
