What payment method did you use for WoW?mhenson40b14_ESO wrote: »30 hours ago I was charged a full 14.99 - other companies charge .99 to determine if your account is active - I don't have the use of my money - I really don't want corporate America accessing my account with rollover billing. We're told that time cards are available from select retailers (but not which ones) why can't I purchase game time directly from ESO? I can do that with WoW. If this is not resolved by today's close of business I will cancel my account and get a refund. So far this constitutes a breach of contract.
Most of the time they don't even know that they're using exploits. There isn't a warning message saying that something isn't normal and not within the rules of the game.I don't think the bans are all that random, people are exploiting and get banned..
my 15 has been returned... I get to see my movie now! YAY.

I agree the system is somewhat flawed. I'm quite certain it will be improved and our feedback will contribute to.
But it exists for some good, legitimate reasons to protect us from harassment, from gold sellers etc.
This task cannot be handled manually. They need automatic systems to perform it, and it cannot be perfect. It catchs innocent player and cause them trouble. Yes.
But without those systems, there would be much more player complaints.
it's a delicate thing to equilibrate and yes it needs improvement.
The game isn't a week old yet !
Give them some time.
What a wonderful piece of crap.cvghosteb17_ESO wrote: »IF your bank is blocking the money in question, from the authorization process, it's just your bank being your bank, and as your bank being lazy and not having implemented an authorization reversal
This is funny, as the account website sometimes doesn't want to work properly in Chrome.silvestru_liviueb17_ESO wrote: »2. Download a new Internet browser (Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome)

Actually it took 2 mails, 2 days + about 1 hour so you see, is not quite quick and prompt response.

I am oh so (NOT) happy to have paid $80 only to spend yet another day locked out of the game. And yet another day waiting for a phone call. (Hmm, really says something that there isn't an angry emoji face included in the posting options, dontcha think?)

Haha you are not happy? I paid $99 which came to $114.44 and I am still waiting to hear from these people. I am finding this customer service really a sad case with this mess. I was planning on doing a 6 months payment but this "shady" style of way of doing business has me thinking that I will probably play for the free month and just look for another game to support. I don't support crooks and they are making themselves look really crooked right now.
You need to enter the game code in your ESO account, then it'll probably change to show the Imperial edition.
