I realize most of you guys have gotten charged a sub fee before your 30 days is up. But why did I get charged the price of the game twice? I have 2 charges for $65.84 on my bank account. Is this some kind of authorization as well??? I didn't receive any subscription fees, just a double purchase fee...

Been waiting a week now for the pre-auth to run it's course and my money returned to me, how long is it supposed to take?!
Well Gina, if you wanna build a long lasting relationship with costumers, that is, if you guys want people to keep paying, then you guys might starting being a little less shady and more sincere. And with this I mainly refer to the fact that to play the 30 days we paid for, we have to pay at least another month, as per ToS. Answer to your Secret QuestionWell, you didnt play, but if you agreed with the ToS and activated a sub plan, they can legitimately charge you for the next month. You know that already...now i have to watch my banks account to make sure that they dont charge for a game they will not let me play

Nobody blames you guys for the bugs or the problems with the cloud infrastructure. We understand that it happens and that you guys work hard to fix it.
