Indeed, it's not. But what month am I being billed for then? The upcoming month (i.e. my included 30 days) or the month thereafter? If it is the first, then my 30 days are apparently not included. If it is the second, then why are they forcing me to pay for another month if I want to decide if I want to continue playing only after I've had my included 30 days?

So, after me contacting support and talking about the reply from the Zenimax person who said they'd sort out people who couldn't authorize, i've received NO reply from support. I sent my ticket on Friday, it's now Sunday.
Also, the game now tells me my login details are incorrect. I imagine this is because I didn't activate. Then when i try and get onto the account page of this blasted website, i'm in the queue (fair enough)... look below the queue and it says "The queue is paused" ....
This is quickly getting on my nerves.

Do you mean that the support-queue is paused? That must be because it's sunday then.
Expected arrival time on the website: 9:42 AM You can access the website in: 39 minutes.
Seriously.

Well, what you see as "forced" I see more as you not having a valid payment method to supply a recurring payment (thus having to buy gametime directly.)
The month you're buying will add on to your free month, so you'd have 2 months in total. If you'd want it authorized before, and wait with buying the month you should try using a parent or guardians CC for the authorization(with their knowledge and consent), cancel the subscription, and once the time is up decide if you want to buy game-time with your iDeal.

I don't have a CC, so it sucks that it is the only method to activate the 30 days and to not pay for another 30 days by canceling the subscription. The thing is, I'm not sure if I will be able to play directly after the first 30 days, so I'd rather pay when I have the time again.
I simply don't understand why they require you to choose a subscription method if you still have 30 days of game time. Why not give access and ask for subscription details once I really start the payed game time?
mine said paused but it just changed to you will be able to log in approximatley 15 minsIStreamSandwich wrote: »Hey guys, me again!

People really do complain about anything and everything. ZOS, you guys are doing a great job bringing a single player franchise to the MMO world, and great job on your first ever MMO.
Why i need "check with parents, guardians or maybe a good friend and see if they can help you" If I bought the game and I can not play it on stupid reasonsForss_Davidb16_ESO wrote: »I understand your frustration, but as I said, check with parents, guardians or maybe a good friend and see if they can help you.
