Thanks for the tickets, all. Everyone who has posted a ticket so far, I have escalated your ticket to customer service. Please give them some time working through this. We also have a team member contacting NVIDIA again to discuss the issue around codes generally.
Hey all, quick update here on this promotion.
- Those using the standalone ESO Client - We know this is frustrating, so thank you for hanging in there while we continue conversations with NVIDIA. We have been working with NVIDIA to resolve issues here and they believe they may have a fix. We are waiting for an update here. Please submit a CS ticket for your code if you have an NVIDIA graphics card and attempted the promo.
- Steam and Epic players - New codes will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon (Jan.9). Please check your NVIDIA App then. If you still do not see a code after that point, please let us know and place a ticket. We will work with you to resolve this.

Thank you for the info for those players who have Nvidia cards.
For those who don't, is streaming via NOW still a viable way to earn this promotion, as advertised in the ESO announcement? Nvidia has been a bit misleading listing this under the NOW rewards page and addressing the notices to NOW subscribers, but then also saying in the fine print that the promo requires an Nvidia card on a PC, whereas NOW is accessible on a greater range of hardware. It seems that there is some conflicting messaging here.

We will need to check in on this to confirm. Let me follow up with the team and see if they can provide any clarity here.
