How does the GeForce lan mission work?

    I got an answer from ESO support, but they asked me to follow the instructions that I've already followed. Then... I have to ask to Nvidia support. Why the ESO support is telling me like that, but other players got the mount from the ESO support? Please help me... thank you Kevin !

    It's an automated answer. Reply to the ticket and link Kevin's reply - then they will add the mount to your account.

    It also helps if you file it under missing item. I had two tickets open that got this run around rude response and only after I filed a new ticket under missing item and Kevin got involved did anything actually happen.
    Wishing for Lilmothiit race still! Or maybe Lilmothiit companion?

    I knew this was a dumpster fire when I realized it was only going to be easy for people with epic/steam versions. I must say Kevin and his team have been masterful firefighters.

    I submitted a ticket the day before yesterday, with a screen cap of my Nvidia graphics card, to the eso support/ticket system under missing item as an admin recommended. Yesterday they sent an automated response which was unhelpful. I answered it today asking for support from a live person, explaining I did not have steam or epic games. It was seen by a live person from the support team and fixed within two hours. Quick response once a live person saw it, he was very helpful.

    Edit: Woke up this morning with a reply to my ticket. They said you need to wait up to 2 hours after playing to receive the code. Not sure if that was what happened, but my code was now in the Nvidia App. Thanks for the help, Kevin!

    I've been trying to get this mount for days to no avail. I have an nvidia GPU and the app and run ESO through Steam, but the code isn't showing up. I filed a ticket and would really appreciate getting the mount. Ticket: 250108-002247

    I played on Geforce Now for an hour last night, as well as having played multiple times with the Nvidia App on windows running with the Steam version the last few days. Double checked that my account was linked with Steam and synced. Still nothing. Didn't file a ticket, but I hope the info can help support figure things out.

    Hi All, for those using the individual ESO Client, NVIDIA has patched the NVIDIA App and is noting things should be working for as intended now. Here are the steps to follow:
    • Close ESO if you are playing.
    • Close and restart the NVIDIA App (Note: NOT GeForce NOW. You need to use the NVIDIA App)
    • NVIDIA App --> Settings --> SCAN NOW to pick up your games.
    • You will now see ESO in the Graphics tab with all other games.

    Just a note, with this patch to the NVIDIA app, the timer may reset, so you may have to play the 50 minutes again to get the mount.

    Those playing on Steam or Epic, our previous post has not changed. New codes will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon (Jan.9). Please check your NVIDIA App then. If you still do not see a code after that point, please let us know and place a ticket. We will work with you to resolve this.

    Again, please let us know if you run into issues, we can work with our teams to troubleshoot if that is the case. Thanks again, all.

    I play on Steam and got it from GeForce instantly, probably because i have it open 24/7

    I thank god i downgraded back to GeForce months ago, the App is just dumb and buggy.

    For those who don't, is streaming via NOW still a viable way to earn this promotion, as advertised in the ESO announcement? Nvidia has been a bit misleading listing this under the NOW rewards page and addressing the notices to NOW subscribers, but then also saying in the fine print that the promo requires an Nvidia card on a PC, whereas NOW is accessible on a greater range of hardware. It seems that there is some conflicting messaging here.

    I play on Steam. Got nothing via GeForce Now (their Cloud steaming app and NOT to be confused with GeForce Experience).

    I only got my reward code after launching ESO through the NVIDIA app and playing for the 50 minutes and only then after closing the app down and restarting it (which I did via a restart of my computer).
