Yeah, it would be nice to hear that at least these crucial things will be compensated, because seeing that we have special, daily endevaours with very high numbers and being not sure if we will miss that - is frustrating.

My account has not been unlocked yet.

My reply to their automatically created 'locked out', ticket regarding possible lost items in inventory and mail was not replied to yet either.

So just in a holding pattern for now. It said 2-3 days so day 3 would be tomorrow.

Like I said in a post yesterday not everyone will be happy with the compensation because ZOS can't please the majority in the game. Seems like a lot of scenarios for compensation are present and ZOS pretty much went up the middle giving a little here but not there. At this point I honestly don't care I just want my account unlocked. I did nothing wrong when it went down. I was in the middle of a conversation with an NPC. In my own opinion all accounts should be open now except for those who used the incident to cheat which I did not because that is not who I am. My account remains closed and my guess is that I will be one of those who have to wait until the end of the week. I am not talking about testing the PTS server as I am doing a lot of that with an alternate account that was not affected but I want to continue my main NA account as well. I was just getting involved with the Thieves Guild when the game blew up. OK OK I will just have to deal with it. The compensation and everything else is what it is.

I've already spent tickets on the anniversary mount to guarantee i'd hit 25 before this mess started and now they are saying i will have to spent even more so i can get the friggin horse cause they will only extend the event 2 days and we will lose 3 to 5 days.

I clearly stated not to derail this topic. if there is any talk of compensation or your just going to vent. take it elsewhere. please stay on topic. its about whether or not players have been freed from lockup or not. this is just to confirm that.

This so-called "code" does nothing for me.

All the tickets, login rewards and ESO plus time lost are all account bound.
This new account "code" won't do much good, it's not even a bandaid.

What is does is force me into the crown store to purchase event tickets for that horse I was trying to get for being a loyal player for the last 10 years.. which I won't do on principal.

New code won't even have all expansions, dlc or anything else I spent 1000's of hours, 1000's of crowns, 100's of dollars and millions of gold on either. Worse than a bandaid. Feels like salt to the wound

It's not meant to replace your account entirely. How would you even get that idea...

Nobody said that you won't be compensated at all, left alone that "EU players have been forgotten."

I'm an EU player. My account is banned just as yours and as frustrating as this whole thing is, the current look of 'General Discussions' is pretty embarassing to say the least. We're reaching "Give us the crown gifting back or I stop playing" levels of insanity at this point.

Quit panicking, for the love of Mara and just spend your time with something else until things get solved out.
You honestly can't judge the treatment before you've received any.

Gina made clear that the 200 seals for PC-NA are compensation for the 8-hour downtime that all of PC-NA had, which included primetime. EU wasn't shut down at all, so players still had the opportunity to get their 200+ seals for endeavors there.

Additional compensation is going to be announced for those players whose accounts were locked.

I am a bit confused. What good does locking the players who logged into PTS if they may have transacted with other players? Is the rollback done on transactions as well?

Because if it isn't then this is just an unjust punishment to the UNPAID beta testers of PTS. Not only that these users are unable to participate in their guilds/progs.

ZOS needs to do better.

I'm still locked out of mine. I hope I get my 200 seals, and event tickets back from the rollback, and the days I've missed.

I like the title idea actually, only the most loyal, excited, and dedicated players were on the pts that first hour it went online anyway.



I just hope zos makes this right for the people who are locked out of their accounts for multiple days

Why would I waste time on a character/account I have no connection to? They are better off just telling us to wait more than offer up a "code" with no sentimental value to anyone I know of.

Calling the people in general discussion insane is harassment and down right gaslighting behavior on your part.
