    This, please. I'm really grateful for the compensation package and i dont really mind losing on tickets but it would be a great shame to miss the anniversary costume because of this 7-8 days of lockdown.

It is a huge disappointment to hear that for simply using the PTS for less than 10 minutes my account across every server is going to be locked likely for nearly 2 weeks so I would like a little bit of reassurance that the list of rewards are coming to my PLAYSTATION EU ACCOUNT AND NOT PC ACCOUNT. I will likely be missing the confetti achievement and I can't get back the double XP that I am going to miss from the event or the event boxes so I'd like an answer to this because the wording seems to only indicate the rewards coming to PC servers although I literally do not play PC outside of the PTS.

    Yes. I am mainly missing the daily login rewards and the event outfit styles. These should be provided at a minimum.

Maybe slip a temporary pause into the Monday incremental? Because with a 8+ day absence, I'm pretty sure I'll be losing a bunch of stuff in those areas.

    I appreciate the communication from Zos. It sucks to be losing out on progression time with my guild and team but I understand. I’m hoping we can at least still make it in time to claim the costume from the daily rewards.

    For those of us with ESO+ are we going to get the missing daily login rewards?

    Edit: I do not care about XP scrolls and potions. I rarely use the things. I am talking about things like the costume if we happen to miss it due to the downtime.

    That's actually an interesting question. How are the lead expirations stored, because if they're stored as part of our account data the rollback might reset the clock on those to whatever they were at on Monday.

    Agreed this sucks.

    When our accounts DO get unlocked, you can open a support ticket and ask them about the costume. I've had to do that before and they did grant access to the item I missed.

    Mail expiry also has me worried now as well. I was using my mail as storage space since box-farming through the event tends to make chaos of my inventory. I'm not even sure what I might lose, but I doubt I'm alone.

    As I've said elsewhere - really don't want to lose the collectibles from daily log ins either.

    You're forgetting the costume from the login reward. We might not be able to claim that either.

    And I'd kind of also expect some purple boxes now. I'm not able to gain the boxes for the writs I would have done (140 boxes per server - EU/NA- per day), and the ones I've done on Monday will be taken away by the rollback.

    Hopefully we will still be able to get all the login reward collectibles.

    ZOS- please fix their accounts.

    I am 97% sure that the "unlocked some accounts early to test" thing was purely to get the streamers back online as soon as possible. I don't disagree with this decision, as ESO is literally their livelihood so they need priority access returned. Don't expect random Joe-Shmoes to have gotten their access back.

    So I know someone who has played on the EU server since the beta and after 2 days. I think it's a cheek that players have to wait so long on the EU server. What do 2 days more event if I can no longer play before the end because my account is blocked due to an error from ZOS side.

    I very much doubt it. As of the last update, they would start discussing when they can take the server down to free us after the maintenance that has just ended. Hopefully we get an update today, but since it's very unlikely they take the server down again today, don't expect freedom.

    Nope, this was the regular scheduled maintenance. We now wait for them to announce when the next server downtime is happenning and there is where we go free (hopefully).

    Expect it for tomorrow/wednesday i'd say.

    Rollback is only on NA server because NA is copied to PTS and NA database was messed up with live. So if someone who plays only on EU created template character, it was created on NA part of account. If it was an EU copy, it would probably be the same situation, but the rollback would be on the EU server. Just because account have access to both servers.

    This is what people don't seem to understand, teams of 12 are affected by people who are locked out of ESO and most of these players don't really care for cosmetics
