Ya I'm guessing they were focused on getting the PTS up today, accounts tomorrow. I'm not expecting to be back in until thursday or friday

More than just those on the PTS were hit by the same thing. My accounts (multiple) are back to normal now.

My guess is today they were cataloguing what accounts needed to be quarantined, checked for "illegal" items and will take care of them and potentially free accounts any time tomorrow through Friday.

they better be quick and offered good compensation, i want my daily tickets, endevours and daily rewards im missing cos of this

Event extension long enough to finish horse mount at least (Was half way there), daily rewards, tickets and endeavors is all I ask. The Barbas helm, wb staff and geyser staff I'm okay missing out on. Getting tired of grinding for style pages that are account bound XD

the drop rates are so low they shoul be increased in general anyway or atleast added to event merchants or unbound.

and yes EVERY LOCKED ACCOUNT DESERVES THE TICKETS, ENDEVOURS AND DAILY REWARDS WE HAVE MISSED.

Nothing else is acceptable.

Not freed yet. Also didn't hear back from my reply to support, which has been 35 hours ago or something.

If they are going alphabetically, they have not yet gotten to mine, but it is still only a little after 9am right now.

I am still banned. I wonder how they will handle it.

1. They could take accounts one at a time: audit, roll back and unlock. Send email

or

2. They could take accounts: audit and roll them back. Then unlock them all at the same time and send an email to all the affected accounts.

Something tells me it might be 2, just because it might be easier. If they start unlocking one at a time people might complain about fairness or start spamming support tickets hoping to get unlocked faster.

Rejoice, because what you haven't achieved in the last few years you have finally achieved for the 10th year. Thanks to the account being blocked, I now have some time available and I noticed that there are other interesting games and you don't have to chase after every replica or worry about how many characters still have to do their craft daily or where can I get anniversary boxes . Have I eaten my cake too, how many more days does the event last? Do I have too many event tickets or are they enough for me to get the anniversary horse...

So because of me, you don't have to worry about compensation and you can take your time restoring your account.
