The queuing is UNACCEPTABLE

Kevin is probably the last person I would put the blame on for this. Sure, ZOS probably should be saying something and communication is his job, but he also really isn't allowed to give us any details unless management allows him to. Tell someone like Mike and Rich what you think of this, not Kevin. Kevin is actually doing an awesome job.

NA queue is now up to 40 minutes. Hard no. Guess I'll be playing FFXIV for a while. Maybe I'll see if this crap is over when that free trial ends.

Down from 52 mins (and 2 secs) to "only" 50mins 1sec.

Completely unacceptable as a loyal, paying customer.
(It would be annoying, if this were server downtime, but this is fully intentional, so after all a big middle finger to all non-freeriders.)

EDIT: now it's not queuing, but going straight to LOGIN FAILED.

My queue timer was slowly going down... and now it's stucked in 6 minutes 32 sec for about 5 minutes already. I guess if i'll re-enter the game, i'll get another 2 hours queue... And i just walked away for 15 minutes... 2 hours ago. Cool, really cool.

Down from 1 hour 32 to 56 minutes.

With the exception of maybe one other ocasion where i had to wait only a couple of minutes in the login queue, i've never had to queue, ever.

Glad i managed a quick login early this morning to get my tickets or i'd be more frustrated than i am already.....dont play every event as i dont PVP/Group dungeon so as the tickets i can get are limited, i try to maximise them when i can. *sigh*

ESO Plus player's, have they been given more priority when queuing to join a server?

Time Microsoft and Zenimax invested in a Far East server or second N/A server.

Probably tied up somewhere and forbidden from speaking? I mean he knows he can't show himself here without telling us what is going on and even that would be tricky if he cannot give us an ETA on when this will be over. But if he is not allowed to tell us what's going on, because management is sleeping (or something along those lines), then what's he supposed to do? Nah, I suspect Kevin is doing exactly what he should be doing right now, waiting for good news he can share with us.

ESO+ sub here, and if we are given priority then the non-plus players must be sitting on a longer wait time than 30 minutes...

I doubt it TBH, and a rebate would be nice. If this continues as this is my 3rd day in queue to just do my dailies!

I don’t know if it’s been said, I didn’t go through all 10 pages, but PlayStation NA and EU are also getting queues, so I don’t think it’s related to Epic
