Deleted Imperial Edition/Early Access Items

    Entered a ticket on hour one of early access and have recv'd a simple copy & paste response that they were kicking it upstairs to the "specialist team" and havent seen anything at all since. I found it particularly interesting that after the fact I checked and found only the last in game mail said anything at all about not deleting the character, the first 3 said nothing of the sort. anyway here is the ref number I was given but have seen no response since Question Reference # 140330-006194

    I accidently deleted my treasure maps, except the ones at Khertaani Roost, they had been used. So, now I don't need to make a ticket, if I understand the OP correct?

    I deleted my pre-order items on 3/30 when I created my second character (different alliance) so I could join my friends in pvp.

    I believe this was possibly before the notification during login to not do this...but I may have just missed it.

    Either way, would REALLY appreciate it if I could get that stuff back!

    Deleted my pre-order items on Sunday, at... 12:30 (spanish hour) with my first character. I deleted the character because I made the char too tall, and I remade 30 minutes later, deleting my pre-order items when I deleted the char.
    If I could get the items back again, I would appreciate it so much ^^.

    Hey. So, I'm on page 2 and I haven't received a....

    on my post. I sent in my initial ticket, Question Reference # 140330-010177, a couple of hours after the game launched on 3/30. I received an email shortly after that saying that you guys couldn't return the lost items (which contradicts what some other people have been told in this thread), then nothing else. I have sent 4 other emails and opened 2 other tickets trying to get more information or even an acknowledgement that something is being done, but I've heard absolutely nothing. I would really appreciate hearing something. Thank you.

    I deleted my first char within the first hour and forgot about these items. Did send a request to support. Not sure it was the right support though and it was days ago. Could you add me to the list of numpties please and get these back to me?

    I accidentally deleted my items on the 30th March when I decided to change my character. At the time I was unaware that I would lose my pre-order items if my character had hold of them.

    If you believe you have accidentally deleted your Imperial Edition/Early Access items, please check your other characters and your in-game mail to ensure that the items are no longer available. You can access your mail by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the screen from the game menus. If the items are deleted, and you have not previously sent a ticket in to our Customer Support Team about it, please reply in this thread. We will create a ticket for you so that they can further help with this issue.

    I also have the issue of not being able to put some of my bundles and treasure map in Bank.. If I delete that character I will lose those items . Is there any way to move them to bank and can I bundle some of my own things as well?

    I'm addicted ok so understand this is your fault :). I did purchase the Imperial Edition/Early Access BUT with all the down time these last couple of days my early access was less time then offered. While I fully understand that since this is a new launch and bugs are getting fixed I need my hourly dose. Like I said before; your fault for making a great game.
    On a separate issue I know my characters share the bank but if I make more characters I do not double the bank space . I find this unreasonable since I am trying to build them up fast and the amount of material way exceeds bank and inventory space... Bank space should be doubled for each new toon EX: if our first toon has 50 bank space the second toon I make should make the bank capacity at 100 and so forth or at least compensate somewhat . Thank you !

    Actually, the maps aren't bound to character. You can't deposit the containers full of maps in the bank, but if you open those containers the maps themselves can be deposited/moved around.
    Bank is also cross-alliance, so the rest should be a non issue.

    Probably because the items are designed to be used on one character at a time. A vendor would give it to all of your characters, but you are meant to move it to the character you wish to use in such a case. Not sure I understand how this is an important distinction, but it seems to clearly be a design choice to make the items more "special."

    I submitted a ticket in-game (or that was my intent) on 3/30 about losing all of my early access items due to a character deletion. I have yet to get an email confirmation and therefore am posting here to insure it is being looked into. Thanks for all of your continued work guys!

    Hi I lost my Ritual of Mara, due to my character being bugged i could not do anything as i was floating, so i needed to delete character and start again, and didn't have my Ritual of Mara in my bags. I could not play the game character was STUCK im mid air

    Afraid i need to join the line too; Deleted first character when i realized i'd misspelt his name. I can buy horse and make Imperial armour, However have lost treasure maps, the Mara scroll and the vanity pets.

    I deleted my first character at level three when I realised that it was in the wrong alliance.
    Unfortunately at that time I had already redeemed the monkey, that is gone when I deleted the character. I still have the mara scroll, maybe because I didn't redeemed it. Actually I have the imperial horse as well. I didn't receive anything else like the mud crab or the treasure maps. A friend of mine (smarter than me) has both the monkey and tresure maps... he chose the right allliance at the first attempt^^

    Just stick the rewards on an NPC only early access folk can use, we can stupidly delete them as much as we like then and still get them back with little to no intervention from support.

    Hello, everyone. We are aware of players who have accidentally deleted their Imperial Edition or Early Access items when deleting a character. This happens when those items were redeemed by a character and then that character was deleted.

    For those who have not experienced this issue, please do the following in order to avoid it:
    • If you have redeemed your items from the in-game mail system and wish to delete the character who currently has them, do not delete them immediately.
    • Please visit a bank and deposit these items. It will ensure that they are not lost when the character is deleted.
    • If you would like to be extra-careful, you can add the items to your bank, log on a different character, and retrieve them on that character.
    If you believe you have accidentally deleted your Imperial Edition/Early Access items, please check your other characters and your in-game mail to ensure that the items are no longer available. You can access your mail by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the screen from the game menus. If the items are deleted, and you have not previously sent a ticket in to our Customer Support Team about it, please reply in this thread. We will create a ticket for you so that they can further help with this issue.

    A couple of things to note:
    At this time, not all bonus items are active: Why am I missing some of my pre-order items from the Explorer's Pack and Imperial Edition?

    If you can't find your items: How will I receive my Imperial Edition in-game items?

    I contacted the support team with the issue both on-site and in-game on Monday. Got a reply quickly enough, but the extent of their solution was essentially, "We're currently trying to figure out what to do about this. We'll keep you posted," and I haven't seen or heard anything sense. But then I'm having people tell me that they've had their items restored, so am I supposed to keep waiting, send in another ticket, or what?
