I still haven't received my explorers pack, IE items, or Beta items with the exception of the monkey and mara scroll. Customer support hasn't replied in two days. Please help.
I really wonder about people who delete their characters after they opened their imperial bonus mails.
--> it should be common logic that if you open a mail and get items in your inventory that it gets deleted after you delete your character.
That would happen in every other game that content in your inventory gets deleted if you decide to delete the whole character.

But I still didn't get ANY response at all! Could you at least reassure me that my ticket arrived? I can't be sure that it worked with all the bugs happening here. I didn't get a ticket confirmation or whatever. No response at all. And now you even ignore me in this thread? Seriously, I am getting miffed about this whole situation here. My patience is about to run out. I don't mind waiting for my items. But at least TELL me what's going on! Did you see my ticket or my comment? A response would be greatly appreciated.
