If I were going to pick my single top question it would be "How did you expect reducing damage across the board was going to help me (mid-level player) to get into more vet content?"

Please show some compassion this holiday season!

Here let me do the Q&A. "Why?" "X tought it would be a good idea and ordered us to do it."

"X" likely wants to avoid responsibility and accountability which is why we don't have a Q&A yet.
@VaranisArano excellent use of the EA "Soon (TM)"!

The "buck-stops-here" person at ZOS is not shy about saying that it was his decision.
It is more likely that they don't think we need to have these questions sentiments addressed. If they did, they would have done it already.
As for Soon™, that has been a thing here for a long long time. Not sure if it was before or after the EA thing, though.

There was another thread with a hundred pages, the outfit slot being character bound and costing 1500 crowns, not once did they comment on that thread, and I have a feeling they will not comment on the Q&A either, no matter for how long we ask for clarification. There is no mystery, it's basically very bad management (and in my own opinion, some sort of chip on the shoulder with certain part of the community).

This is crux of the problem. ZOS has been allowed to bow out numerous times in the past with the promise to do better in the future. Since they won't make good on those promises on their own it is time for the player base to stop giving them benefit of the doubt and force the issue. One way or the other ZOS needs to come to the realization they are only hurting themselves and the game by ignoring the player base and not addressing their concerns. Hopefully this thread along with other internet media will help them see they are putting the game on a path to mediocrity and fewer loyal players as they leave the game.

No the crux of the problem is they don't have answers that they want to admit to and they won't.
