I see she is a Dunmer, but in which way would it fit to the upcoming DLCs? The next DLCs take place entirely in Skyrim, not a big chance there would be many Dunmer vampires, I think. How should I know, I have no more idea what the story of Darkstorm is than you or any other non-ZOS employee does. My point was merely that this is indeed a dunmer wearing the costume so berating it for being to "dunmerish" felt weird as that might (please note I said maybe, please learn to read) but a dunmer vampire costume.

Also if it was a generic female vampire costume why not make a Nord vampire? As you noted this is a Skyrim themed expansion. For all we know they're planning more culturally themed vamp costumes in the future if this proves popular, who knows.

And you conveniently cut out the part where I pointed out that we already have idk how many dresses that fulfill the whole gothic vamp chick theme so we're not really in need of yet another of those (I guess you could argue a bit the same with the male vamp costume which looks a bit like the male wedding suit but ZOS doesn't seem to have much imagination when it comes to "male" costumes more's the pity).
Only thing I really want to know is, what does this look like on a male character?

"Berating"? I just said what seems weird to me, from my personal point of view. I have uttered my opinion and explained why I have it. If you have a different one - not my business, think what you wish. And yeah, I will learn to read - if you learn to discuss politely.

Because it's unimportant for the question if a partly Dunmeri style makes sense for this costume.

Lady Thorn is (was) an Altmer. Also "She wasn’t dressed for the cold, that’s for sure. But I never saw it bother her.”

Honestly, I'd have preferred a long skirt with a high slit along with side so you can see the thigh high boots. Sexy but tasteful.

I kind of like it. i don't know if it would look better with a short skirt instead of the shorts and flap. I like that the female vampire is getting something at least. I think it looks good but maybe it can be improved. I worry giving it a long skirt will make it more meh and generic and make it look more like every other gown.
