The desync is still alive and well on the Greymoor PTS. Tested it out myself.

The desync issue is unreal, as we all know. It seemed like it got better for a few days, sort of. It actually seemed like it got a tiny bit better in PvP, but a tiny bit worse in PvE. I was having some minor issues in 4 man dungeons the last couple days, but PvP seemed a tiny bit better except in the largest of fights when factions are stacking.
...and to recap, it appears to me that this thread did repost at the top of the discussion page in terms of most recent thread discussed. I think things are ok on that front, but this lag is serious, serious, serious
If it has been getting bumped again then that is new. It was not bumping after the last moderator claimed he was going to shut down the thread.
It never got shut down, but stopped getting bumped. Glad to see that is not the case anymore.
Yes, the desyncs are very very very bad for the game. There has not been any new information released about their progress on addressing them for weeks, and the last time there was any mention of it, the response was basically a copy-paste from week 1 of update 25.
There has been zero NEW information about their progress for 2 months. They aren't even talking about it anymore.
PTS has these desyncs still in place, so their new chapter will release with them.
I will honestly be shocked if it ever gets fixed. It is far more likely to be swept under the rug as the players just get used to terrible performance, just like they have been adapting to it for the last 6 years.

the whole thread should be closed because the dysinc is from Lagg and High Ping, Not from players and its not able to be reproduced.
dysinc. is. from. lagg.

I would love to know if any progress has been made? but the silence has been so deafening for too long, I would settle for a yes or a no?

Yes, the patch notes at least made reference to it, and that has apparently stopped. My gut says that they are working on it, but this whole Greymoor thing is clogging the scarce communication channels we have.
