My lore understanding is not the best, but afaik Dwemer do not exist. Kagrenac wiped them completely, even the ghosts of fallen Dwemer are gone. So there will no ashes be left.

    Inaccurate.

Kagrenac used the heart of Lorkhan in Red mountain, as a desperate attempt to end the war.
It is unclear whether this was supposed to improve the Dwemers power, or to send them into a superior level of existence.
The Dwemer all disappeared from Nirn, as a result of their species mind-connection, but nobody has seen them die.

There are theories in the way Dwemers would have reached another plane, as pure spirits, burning their bodies in the process.

And I'm quite sure Dwemer places are dusty. How could you differenciate dust and ashes after decades in their vaults ?

    [Edit] https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Dwemer

"When the previously untouched Dwemer ruins of Bamz-Amschend in Mournhold were rediscovered, numerous piles of ashes were present next to weapons and armor, on chairs, and in beds, suggesting the Dwemer's bodies were suddenly reduced to ash in some way."

Also, there are Dwemer ghosts in TESIII Morrowind, still guarding Dwemer ruins, even though they don't appear in any of the other games.

And let's not forget that Yagrum is still around, and he wouldn't have corprus because corprus doesn't exist yet

My money is on the Chapter being The Pale and Blackreach, both DLC dungeon pack relating to this and then the Final DLC being Winterhold.

Probably not significant at all but the Twitch reward for the reveal stream is a Bat pet. So.... Vampires? Just a musing.

This is what I am thinking now too. Originally it was Whiterun but now idk about that.

About the Dwemer somehow being involved, I mean in theory it could work but I think lore people (including myself) would hate it. Only the Dwemer that were alive vanished, as we know by TES 3: Morrowind. You could have a dead and very powerful/feared Dwemer mage resurrected but I'd rather not. Only way I'd want Dwemer in this game is if we travel to the past via spinner or something.

Also, like I mentioned previously, if we don't run into Falmer I'll be mad. Just because they are in hiding atm doesn't mean we wouldn't run into them when we travel in Dwemer ruins, especially if we go to Blackreach. Maybe they won't be as deformed as they were in Skyrim since it's only the second era, that'd be cool.

Okay but like, if it had something to do with the cave theme aka Blackreach, why are the bats in the picture flying around a city at night? Would it not of made more sense to have them in a cave if it's referencing blackreach?

reave means carry out raids in order to plunder.
rob (a person or place) of something by force.

This is what the dwemer did to the Snow Elves they robbed them of their hope and of their sight.

Well if they do Fort Dawnguard given we already have the rift in the game. I think it will be more or less a Dungeon if anything. We do now the group was disbanded as well as the possibility of them becoming vampires themselves. That later Terrorized the Rift. So if its added maybe its to destroy it because of some threat it poses.
If it is added a location I believe it will be would be in the form of a Dlc dungeon.

    Skyrim-all-maps-overlap-white.jpg

Assuming the black symbol is Fort Greymoor ...
The red symbols would point tombs, cairns and bandit camps.

[Edit2] Red symbols would point corpses source for raising a necromancer army ?
Then this is no treasure map, it's an attack plan.[/Edit2]

[Edit] Ahah ! Pure speculation below:

Like All Urns its Bears the dead - Death is naught but a Fitful Sleep.
Ashes Remain Death to Mortal Tongues.
Death For the Living and Life for the Dead.
Let let let let let in the world
Led from Boughs both Gnarled and Black may they reap a great harvest of terror
    Deep Down where Nirn(crimson)roots Weep
Deep down where hope was reave
Deep down hero reawoke to weeps

    - the urn contains a Flamer vampire: Vyrthur
    - the vampire seeks revenge on Alkosh/Akatosh, and a way to cut out sunlight
    - this would unleash falmers living in Blackreach on Skyrim upper land, and vampires

    Q1 Dungeons =
    - attack of daedric followers against Fort Greymoor (urn seeking)
    - exploration of Blackreach found temple (urn key)

    Q2 Chapter =
    - fight falmer/vampire invasion of Skyrim ("great harvest of terror")
    - explore more Blackreach ("deep down")

    Q3 Dungeons =
    - find Forgotten Vale, where you meet Knight Gelebor and ask Auri-El's bow
They request Auriel's Bow, and I request their assistance. It's been repeated so many times, I can't imagine it any other way.

    Q4 DLC zone =
    - more Skyrim, "end the fight"
    - use Auri-El's bow to make the sun return, and stop falmer/vampire

It has to do with powerful spell books, tomes. At dragonsreach in whiterun the Jarl is accompanied by Farengar Secret-Fire, a court wizard, who suggest visit the college of winterhold.

    "wears the velt"

This is what I read when I decrypted the depictions. I predict we will get a something new from the college of winterhold in the next chapter.

    Even more speculation:

We will get the help of Peyirite at some point (probably because "it's always night-time" doesn't match with "natural order of things").
And we get a Peyirite cult skill line, where you "buff" yourself by getting infected with weird diseases.

    Why ?

We met the Peyirite cult leader in the main quest of Summerset, and then see him back in Elsweyr - Orcrest public dungeon quest.
I doubt this is just "returning funny character", to me its more a kind of teasing.
And a big furniture version of the daedra is on sale in crown store.
