Couldn't log in.

Spammed login attempts.

Got login locked for 10 minutes for providing incorrect credentials... that weren't.

As others have pointed out, spam your login, took me about 20 attempts but eventually it worked and I was able to log in.

These guys should have been lawyers. There are a lot of job opportunuties for them with modern gaming companies. At least they would get paid for doing what they are passionate for.

Thx & hope ya'll have good celebrations ,despite the game acting up..friends online also reporting on game freezing etc..So something is wrong still

Now first of all, if you just keep trying, you will get logged in eventually, at least right now. Do the important stuff (daily reward and tickets) first, just in case the Grinch put's it completely on fire. Then try to do other stuff. About this "has no legal requirement to provide us with access to the game" is not true. If you pay for a service, therefore signing a contract and not receiving a proper amount in return, would still not be possible, no matter what they write in any ToC. But there is no requirement (and also no possibility duo to technical and natural circumstances) for a 100% uptime. Stuff breaks, hamsters die, that's how it is. That it mostly happens on 'these' days is kind of Murphy's law we have to accept.
